Claims (9)
- 전기 구동부와, 믹서와, 상기 믹서 내로 개방되는 복수의 교환 가능한 평행 튜브를 포함하는 치과 기구 작동 방법이며, 각 튜브는 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 성분을 담고 플런저를 포함하고, 상기 치과 기구는 전기 구동부에 의해 플런저가 정상 전진되어 치과용 다성분 컴파운드를 생성하는 유형이고, 상기 전기 구동부는 플런저의 전진 시의 부하 상태를 갖고, 상기 방법은상기 전기 구동부의 부하 상태를 결정하는 단계와,상기 구동부가 부하가 걸리면 소정의 일정한 속도로 상기 전기 구동부를 유지하는 단계와,상기 구동부가 부하가 걸리지 않으면 상기 소정의 일정한 속도보다 빠른 비부하 속도로 상기 전기 구동부의 속도를 전진시키는 단계를 포함하는 치과 기구 작동 방법.
- 믹서와,상기 믹서 내로 개방되도록 교환 가능하게 장착되며, 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 성분을 담고 플런저를 구비하는 복수의 평행 카트리지와,상기 플런저를 정상적으로 전진 및 복귀시키며, 상기 플런저의 전진 시의 부하 상태 및 상기 플런저의 복귀 시의 비부하 상태를 갖는 전기 모터와,상기 모터의 부하 상태를 모니터하며, 상기 모터가 부하 상태에 있을 경우 소정의 일정한 속도로 모터를 유지하고 부하가 없을 경우 보다 높은 속도로 모터를 유지하는 조절 유닛을 포함하는 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조절 유닛은 상기 모터의 부하 상태를 결정하기 위한 모터의 전류 수요를 감지하는 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플런저는 상기 카트리지가 비었을 경우 상기 장치에 대해 빈 위치를 갖고, 상기 장치는 상기 플런저가 빈 위치에 있을 경우를 감지하기 위한 센서를 구비하는 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 믹서는 동적 믹서인 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 믹서 구동부는 구동측 커플링부 및 믹서측 커플링부와, 하중 상태 및 비하중 상태를 갖고, 상기 구동측 커플링부 및 믹서측 커플링부는 상기 구동측 커플링부 및 믹서측 커플링부 중 하나가 상기 구동측 커플링부 및 믹서층 커플링부 중 다른 하나에 비해 회전 이동됨에 의해 결합되고,상기 조절 유닛은 믹서 구동부의 부하 상태를 감지하고, 상기 믹서가 부하 상태에 있을 경우 소정의 혼합 속도로 믹서 구동부를 유지하고, 상기 믹서가 비하중 상태에 있을 경우 상기 혼합 속도보다 낮은 커플링 속도로 믹서 구동부를 유지하도록 장착된 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구동측 커플링부 또는 믹서측 커플링부 중 하나는 상기 구동측 커플링 부 또는 믹서측 커플링부 중 다른 하나에 비해 스프링력에 반대되는 축 방향으로 탄성적으로 변위 가능한 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 믹서 구동부는 상기 전기 모터가 상기 플런저로 복귀될 때 자동적으로 정지되는 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 믹서는 정적 믹서인 치과용 다성분 컴파운드 생성 장치.
