Description
Claims (10)
- 판체형의 절연성 유전체와, 상기 절연성 유전체의 상면과 저면에 각각 형성된 방전 전극 및 접지 전극으로 구성되고;상기 방전 전극은 상기 유전체의 상면에 일정 면적을 갖는 밀폐된 패턴으로 형성되되, 상기 패턴이 형성된 부분의 내부에 전극이 형성되지 않은 하나의 비패턴부가 형성되며, 상기 접지 전극은 상기 비패턴부와 대응되는 위치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비패턴부의 양측에 형성된 패턴 부분은 상기 패턴부의 폭보다 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방전 전극과 접지 전극은 외곽 모양이 사각 모양으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비패턴부는 상기 방전 전극의 패턴의 길이 방향으로 길게 형성된 직선부와, 상기 직선부에 일정 간격마다 확장되게 형성된 확장부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 확장부는 원형 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 확장부는 사각 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접지 전극은 상기 방전 전극의 비패턴부의 길이 방향을 따라 길게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 접지 전극은 일자형 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 접지 전극의 최대 폭은 상기 방전 전극의 비패턴부의 최대폭과 동일한 크기로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 방전 전극의 터미널 단자부는 유전체의 상면에서 저면으로 연결되어 저면에서 외부회로와 연결되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연면 방전형 공기정화장치.
