Abstract
Description
또한, 실린더의 개구부를 통해 토출된 유체가 배출되는 토출커버와; 상기 토출커버에 구비되어 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 토출 밸브와; 상기 토출 밸브를 탄성적으로 지지하는 토출 스프링과; 상기 토출 스프링의 단부와 외측 둘레면이 상기 토출 커버에 접촉되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 토출 커버에 구비된 플라스틱 재질의 스프링 시트와; 상기 토출 스프링의 하중을 지지하도록 상기 스프링 시트와 토출 스프링 사이에 구비된 지지부재를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
Claims (6)
- 실린더의 개구부를 통해 토출된 유체가 배출되는 토출커버와;상기 토출커버에 구비되어 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 토출 밸브와;상기 토출 밸브를 탄성적으로 지지하는 토출 스프링과;상기 토출 스프링의 단부와 외측 둘레면이 상기 토출 커버에 접촉되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 토출 커버에 구비된 표면처리된 금속재질의 스프링 시트를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 토출부 구조.
- 실린더의 개구부를 통해 토출된 유체가 배출되는 토출커버와;상기 토출커버에 구비되어 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 토출 밸브와;상기 토출 밸브를 탄성적으로 지지하는 토출 스프링과;상기 토출 스프링의 단부와 외측 둘레면이 상기 토출 커버에 접촉되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 토출 커버에 구비된 플라스틱 재질의 스프링 시트와;상기 토출 스프링의 하중을 지지하도록 상기 스프링 시트와 토출 스프링 사이에 구비된 지지부재를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 토출부 구조.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 지지부재는 금속재질로 이루어지고 상기 스프링 시트에서 상기 토출 스프링을 향한 면에 장착된 지지패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 토출부 구조.
- 청구항 1 내지 3에 있어서,상기 스프링 시트는 캡 모양으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 토출부 구조.
