Claims (8)
- 전류를 제어하기 위한 전류 제어기를 밸런싱(balancing)하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 전류 제어기는 제1 측정치에 의해 결정되는 전류의 실제치를 고려하여 상기 전류를 목표치로 조정하도록 동작하고, 상기 방법은상기 전류를 조정하기 위해 적용되는 상기 실제치와 제2 측정치에 의해 결정되는 전류의 실제 크기 사이의 변동을 비교하는 단계와,상기 변동을 상기 전류 제어기에 저장하는 단계와,상기 저장된 변동을 통상 작동시에 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전류의 경로에 배치되고 허용 오차(tolerance)를 부담할 수 있는 측정 레지스터를 제공하는 단계와,상기 측정 레지스터를 이용하여 상기 실제치를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,표준 레지스터를 포함하는 측정 회로를 제공하는 단계와,상기 측정 회로를 통해 상기 전류의 상기 실제 크기를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전류 제어기는 상기 전류 제어기에 의해 조정되는 전류를 부하에 제공하고,상기 방법은 상기 부하 대신 상기 측정 회로를 이용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,각각 상이한 크기를 갖는 적어도 두 개의 전류 흐름들에 대한 변동을 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 측정 회로에 전압이 인가되고,상기 방법은 상기 전압을 조정함으로써 각각 상이한 크기를 갖는 상기 전류 흐름들에 대하여 영향을 미치는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 전류를 제어하기 위한 전류 제어기를 밸런싱(balancing)하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 전류 제어기는 측정치에 의해 결정되는 전류의 실제치를 고려하여 상기 전류를 목표치로 조정하도록 동작하고, 상기 방법은상기 전류를 조정하기 위해 적용되는 상기 실제치와 상기 전류의 실제 크기 사이의 변동을 고려하여 상기 전류 제어기를 밸런싱하는 단계와,표준 레지스터를 포함하는 측정 회로를 제공하는 단계와,상기 측정 회로를 통해 상기 전류의 상기 실제 크기를 결정하는 단계와,상기 전류 제어기에 의해 조정되는 전류를 상기 전류 제어기에 의해 부하에 제공하는 단계와,상기 부하 대신 상기 측정 회로를 이용하는 단계와,각각 상이한 크기를 갖는 적어도 두 개의 전류 흐름들에 대한 변동을 결정하는 단계와,상기 측정 회로에 전압을 인가하는 단계와,상기 전압을 조정함으로써 각각 상이한 크기를 갖는 상기 전류 흐름들에 대하여 영향을 미치는 단계와,각각 상이한 저항값을 갖는 적어도 두 개의 부하 레지스터들을 상기 전류 제어기에 순차적으로 접속시켜 상기 전류 흐름들을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 변동을 상기 실제치 또는 다른 크기로 교정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
