Claims (9)
- 상단과 하단이 개방되어 있는 각형의 중공 본체와 상기 본체의 하단에 대응하는 형상의 밀봉부재를 각각 제조하고 이들을 결합시킨 후 용접하는 과정을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 각형 중공 본체는 압출 가공에 의해 제조되고, 상기 밀봉부재는 단조, 블랭킹 또는 절삭 가공에 의해 제조되며, 이들이 결합되는 부위에는 상호간의 결합을 용이하게 하기 위한 결합부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 전지 케이스의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각형 중공 본체는 수평 단면상에서의 장단변 두께비(장변 두께/단변 두께)가 0.2 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각형 중공 본체와 밀봉 부재의 소재는 서로 같거나 다르며, 알루미늄 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부재의 상단에는 중공 본체의 내면에 체결될 수 있는 형상의 돌출부(결합부)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각형 중공 본체의 하단에는 밀봉부재가 삽입되어 체결될 수 있는 오목부(결합부)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공 본체의 하단에는 오목부(제 1 결합부)가 형성되어 있고, 밀봉부재에는 그에 대응하는 돌출부(제 2 결합부)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용접은 레이저 용접에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
