Description
Claims (13)
- 하기 성분을 포함하는 열가소성 수지조성물:(A) 20~79.5 중량부의 폴리아미드 수지;(B) (a) 팽윤도(degree of swelling) 10~80 및 중량평균 입자직경 100~600nm의 고무형상 중합체 40~80 중량%의 존재하에서,(b) (i) 방향족 비닐계 단량체 50~90 중량%,(ⅱ) 시안화 비닐계 단량체 10~50 중량%, 및(ⅲ) 상기 단량체에 공중합성을 가지는 그 밖의 비닐단량체 0~30 중량%로 이루어지는 단량체 혼합물 20~60 중량%를 그래프트 중합하여 이루어지며,아세톤 가용분 수평균 분자량이 20,000~200,000인 20~79.5 중량부의 그래프트 중합체;(C) 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 0.05~20 중량%, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 50~89.95 중량% 및 시안화 비닐계 단량체 10~49.95 중량%를 공중합하여 이루어지며, 수평균 분자량이 22,000~60,000인 0.5~60 중량부의 불포화 카르복실산 변성중합체;및, (D) 방향족 비닐단량체 50~90 중량%, 시안화 비닐계 단량체 10~50 중량% 및 상기 단량체와 공중합성을 가지는 그 밖의 비닐계 단량체의 0~60 중량%를 공중합하여 이루어지는 0~50 중량부의 공중합체(여기서 성분 (A)~(D) 의 합계량은 100 중량부이다).
- 하기 성분을 포함하는 열가소성 수지조성물:(A) 20~79.5 중량부의 폴리아미드 수지;(B) (a) 팽윤도(degree of swelling) 10~80 및 중량평균 입자직경 100~600nm의 고무형상 중합체 40~80 중량%의 존재하에서,(b) (i) 방향족 비닐계 단량체 50~90 중량%,(ⅱ) 시안화 비닐계 단량체 10~50 중량%, 및(ⅲ) 상기 단량체에 공중합성을 가지는 그 밖의 비닐단량체 0~30 중량%로 이루어지는 단량체 혼합물 20~60 중량%를 그래프트 중합하여 이루어지며,아세톤 가용분 수평균 분자량이 20,000~200,000인 20~79.5 중량부의 그래프트 중합체;(C) 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 0.05~20 중량%, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 50~89.95 중량% 및 시안화 비닐계 단량체 10~49.95 중량%를 공중합하여 이루어지며, 수평균 분자량이 22,000~60,000인 0.5~60 중량부의 불포화 카르복실산 변성중합체;및 (D) 방향족 비닐단량체 50~90 중량%, 시안화 비닐계 단량체 10~50 중량% 및 상기 단량체와 공중합성을 가지는 그 밖의 비닐계 단량체의 0~60 중량%를 공중합하여 이루어지는 0~50 중량부의 공중합체(여기서 성분 (A)~(D) 의 합계량은 100 중량부이다); 및(E) 무기충전재 0.05~150 중량부.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,폴리아미드 수지의 수평균 분자량이 10,000~20,000의 범위내인 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,그래프트 중합체가 고무형상 중합체의 존재하에서 스틸렌과 아크릴로니트릴을 그래프트 중합하여 이루어지는 것인 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,불포화 카르복실산 변성 공중합체에서의 불포화 카르복실산 단량체의 양이 0.5~10 중량%인 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,불포화 카르복실산 변성 공중합체에서의 불포화 카르복실산 단량체의 양이 0.8~7 중량%인 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,불포화 카르복실산 변성 공중합체에서의 불포화 카르복실산이 메타크릴산인 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,불포화 카르복실산 변성 공중합체가 메타크릴산과 스틸렌과 아크릴로니트릴을 공중합하여 이루어지는 것인 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고무형상 중합체를 8~40 중량%의 범위에서 함유하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고무형상 중합체를 10~25 중량%의 범위에서 함유하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,무기충전제가 일단위의 한변이 0.002~1㎛, 두께가 6~20Å인 층상(層狀) 규산염인 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지조성물로 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지조성물로 이루어지는 자동차 부품.
