- 전면기판;상기 전면기판과 접하는 면으로부터 제1 Cr층, X-선 회절장치에서 측정된 (111)면이 (200)면의 회절강도에 비하여 적어도 2.35배 이상의 회절강도를 가지는 결정을 가진 도전금속층, 및 제2 Cr층이 차례로 적층되며, 일정한 패턴을 가지며 형성되는 버스전극들;상기 전면기판과 대향하도록 배치되어 상기 전면기판과의 사이에 방전공간을 형성하는 후면기판;상기 후면기판의 일측면에 일정한 패턴으로 형성되어 어드레스방전을 발생시키는 어드레스전극들;상기 방전공간 내에서 방전셀을 구획하는 격벽; 및상기 방전셀 내에 도포되는 형광체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 버스전극은 35Ω㎛2/㎜ 이하의 저항률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 도전금속층은 알루미늄 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 도전금속층은 구리 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
