Claims (3)
- 폴리에스테르 모노 필라멘트 방사사를 스핀들 방식으로 가연하되 공정조건중 가연온도를 180 내지 230 ℃, 꼬임수를 1700 내지 2100 t/m, 권취 과급율을 3.5 내지 6.0 %로 하고, 결과된 가연사를 알루미늄 염색 튜브 또는 철스프링튜브에 소프트 와인딩하는 가연공정; 통상의 사염방법에 따라 염색하고, 염색사를 5 내지 10 kg/bobbin의 권취량으로 권취하는 염색공정; 및 상기 염색사를 분사하는 분사 공정;으로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르 모노 염색사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소프트 와인딩시 권취장력이 0.5 내지 4.0 g인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 모노 염색사의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되며 분사전 염색사 권취량이 5 내지 10 kg/bobbin 인 폴리에스테르 모노염색사.
