Claims (13)
- 내부에 전극이 마련되어 있으며, 상기 전극의 표면에는 제1 및 제2 프라이머로 구성되는 PCR 프라이머 세트 중 제1 프라이머가 고정되는 증폭반응 챔버를 포함하며,상기 증폭반응 챔버 내에는 상기 PCR 프라이머 세트 중 나노입자가 표지된 제2 프라이머가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 PCR 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극의 표면에 생성된 PCR 증폭산물을 전기화학적인 검출방법을 이용하여 실시간으로 측정하는 PCR 증폭산물 측정기기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 PCR 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전기화학적인 검출방법은 전압전류법(voltammetry), 전위차법(potentionmetry), 전류법(amperometry) 또는 임피던스 측정법(impedimetry detection)인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 PCR 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 프라이머는 티올로 개질된 올리고뉴클레이오티드에 금 나노입자가 표지된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 PCR 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 금 나노입자는 그 크기가 대략 10 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 PCR 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 PCR 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 프라이머는 티올로 개질된 올리고뉴클레이오티드인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 PCR 장치.
- (a) 증폭반응 챔버에 마련된 전극의 표면에 제1 및 제2 프라이머로 구성되는 PCR 프라이머 세트 중 제1 프라이머를 고정화하는 단계;(b) 상기 증폭반응 챔버 내에 상기 PCR 프라이머 세트 중 나노입자가 표지된 제2 프라이머를 포함하는 PCR 반응액을 첨가하는 단계; 및(c) PCR 반응을 수행하는 단계;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산의 증폭방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 (c)단계에서, 상기 PCR 반응은 상기 전극의 표면에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산의 증폭 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제2 프라이머는 티올로 개질된 올리고뉴클레이오티드에 금 나노입자가 표지된 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산의 증폭 방법.
- (a) 증폭반응 챔버에 마련된 전극의 표면에 제1 및 제2 프라이머로 구성되는 PCR 프라이머 세트 중 제1 프라이머를 고정화하는 단계;(b) 상기 증폭반응 챔버 내에 상기 PCR 프라이머 세트 중 나노입자가 표지된 제2 프라이머를 포함하는 PCR 반응액을 첨가하는 단계;(c) PCR 반응을 수행하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 PCR 반응에 의하여 상기 전극의 표면에 생성된 PCR 증폭산물의 농도를 전기화학적 방법으로 측정하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCR 증폭산물의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전기화학적인 검출방법은 전압전류법, 전위차법, 전류법 또는 임피던스 측정법인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCR 증폭산물의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제2 프라이머는 티올로 개질된 올리고뉴클레이오티드에 금 나노입자가 표지된 것을 특징으로 하는 PCR 증폭산물의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
