Description
Claims (12)
- 복수의 데이터선과 주사선에 각각 연결되는 복수의 화소를 발광시켜 디스플레이되는 디스플레이 패널;상기 복수의 주사선에 각각 선택 신호를 순차적으로 인가하는 주사 구동부;화상 신호에 대응되는 데이터 전압을 상기 복수의 주사선에 의해 선택된 각각의 화소에 인가하고, 음양 변환신호에 의해 상기 데이터 전압을 반전시켜 출력하는 데이터 구동부; 및상기 데이터 구동부 및 주사 구동부를 구동하며, 동일한 정지 영상이 연속적으로 디스플레이되는 경우 상기 음양 변환신호를 발생하는 구동 제어부를 포함하는 발광표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동 제어부는 상기 음양 변환신호를 일정 시간동안 지속하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동 제어부는 상기 동일한 정지 영상이 연속적으로 디스플레이되는 시간에 대응하여 상기 음양 변환신호를 일정 주기로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 정지 영상은 흑백 정지 영상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 음양 변환신호에 따라 상기 데이터 전압의 출력 방향을 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 음양 변환신호에 따라 상기 데이터 전압을 반전시켜 출력하는 인버터를 포함하는 발광표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 인버터는 상기 데이터 구동부로부터 출력되어 상기 디스플레이 패널에 입력되는 적색, 녹색 및 청색 데이터선에 각각 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광표시 장치.
- 복수의 화소, 주사 구동부 및 데이터 구동부를 구비한 발광표시 장치를 구동하는 방법에 있어서,ⅰ) 정지 영상이 소정 시간이상 연속적으로 디스플레이되는지 판단하는 단 계;ⅱ) 상기 정지 영상이 연속적으로 디스플레이되는 경우, 음양 변환신호를 생성하는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 음양 변환신호에 따라 상기 데이터 구동부로부터 인가되는 데이터 전압을 반전시키는 단계; 및ⅳ) 상기 반전된 데이터 전압을 기설정된 출력 모드에 따라 디스플레이 패널에 인가하는 단계;를 포함하는 발광표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 반전된 데이터 전압을 상기 디스플레이 패널에 인가하는 중에, 상기 정지 영상의 디스플레이가 변경되는지 확인하는 단계; 및상기 정지 영상의 디스플레이가 변경되는 경우, 데이터 전압을 정상적으로 디스플레이 패널에 인가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 발광표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ) 단계의 데이터 전압은 인버터를 사용하여 반전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 ⅳ) 단계의 기설정된 출력모드는 소정 시간동안 반전 출력을 유지하는 모드 및 일정 주기로 데이터를 반전 출력하는 모드를 포함하는 발광표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 정지 영상은 흑백 정지 영상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광표시 장치의 구동 방법.
