Claims (16)
- 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응용 촉매 성형체 더미에 있어서,관통 구멍이 형성된 디스크 형태의 촉매 성형체 더미이고, 각각의 촉매 성형체 사이에 인코넬 망(inconel screen)이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응용 촉매 성형체 더미.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는,다공성 Ni을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응용 촉매 성형체 더미.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는,관통 구멍이 형성된 디스크 형태의 성형체인 촉매 지지체; 및상기 지지체에 코팅되는 활성 물질과 조촉매;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응용 촉매 성형체 더미.
- 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치에 있어서,관통 구멍이 형성된 디스크 형태의 촉매 성형체 더미로서, 각각의 촉매 성형체 사이에 인코넬 망(inconel screen)이 개재되는 촉매 성형체 더미, 및 상기 촉매 성형체 더미를 지지하기 위한 지지부를 포함하는 연료 개질 반응기;상기 촉매 성형체 더미의 관통 구멍 안쪽에서 전기 불꽃을 발생시키는 점화기; 및상기 촉매 성형체 더미의 관통 구멍 안쪽으로 연료와 공기를 상호 섞이지 않도록 각각 따로, 또는 함께 공급하는 가스 공급 라인;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 점화기는,상기 연료 개질 반응기의 내부에서 외부로 이어지는 전극이고, 상기 전극은 상기 연료 개질 반응기의 외부에서 전기집적장치에 연결되며, 상기 관통 구멍 안쪽에 삽입되는 상기 전극의 말단에는 전기 불꽃 발생부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는,상기 전극을 절연기로 감싸서 전기 불꽃이 상기 반응기내에 장착된 디스크 형태의 촉매 성형체 더미의 관통 구멍 안쪽에서 발생되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 공급 라인은,별도의 연료 공급 라인이 공기 단독 또는 공기와 연료의 혼합 가스의 공급 라인과 상호 독립적으로 구성되거나, 별도의 연료 공급 라인을 구비하지 않고 공기와 연료의 혼합 가스의 공급 라인만으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는,상기 별도의 연료 공급 라인이 상기 절연기의 내부를 지나 상기 관통 구멍 안쪽으로 연료를 공급하고, 상기 공기 단독 또는 공기와 연료의 혼합 가스의 공급 라인은 상기 절연기의 외부를 지나 상기 관통 구멍 안쪽으로 공기 단독 또는 공기와 연료의 혼합가스를 공급하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 개질 반응기는,상기 반응기의 상단부에 설치되는, 상기 불꽃의 역화를 방지하는 메탈 화이버 매트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는,출구에서 배출되는 생성 가스와 연료 개질 반응기의 내부로 공급될 개질 가스간에 열교환을 수행하여, 상기 개질 가스를 상기 반응기 내부로 공급되기 전에 예열하는, 열교환기;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 장치.
- 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 방법에 있어서,관통 구멍이 형성된 디스크 형태의 촉매 성형체 더미로서, 각각의 촉매 성형체 사이에 인코넬 망(inconel screen)이 개재되는 촉매 성형체 더미를 개질 장치내에 구비하는 단계(S1);상기 S1 단계 이후, 연료와 공기를 상호 섞이지 않도록 각각 따로 상기 관통 구멍의 안쪽으로 공급하는 단계(S2);상기 S2 단계 이후, 상기 관통 구멍 안쪽에서 전기 불꽃을 발생시켜 개질 장치를 시동하는 단계(S3); 및상기 S3 단계 이후, 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응이 개질 조건에 이르면 연료와 공기를 촉매 성형체 더미에 혼합 공급하여 연료 개질 반응을 수행하는 단계(S4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 S2 단계는,공기를 먼저 공급한 후, 연료를 공급하고, 상기 연료의 공급 과정에서는 상기 공기와 섞이지 않도록 하며, 전기 불꽃이 발생하는 상기 관통 구멍의 안쪽에서 연료와 공기가 섞이도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 S3 단계는,전기접적장치를 이용하여 상기 전기 불꽃을 상기 관통 구멍 안쪽에서 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 S4 단계는,상기 연료와 공기의 개질 가스가 상기 관통 구멍의 안쪽으로부터 상기 촉매 성형체 더미의 외부로 방사형으로 퍼져나가도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 방법.
- 제 12 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은,배출되는 생성 가스와 열교환을 통해 연료 개질 반응시 공급될 개질 가스를 예열하는 단계(S5);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료의 부분 산화 개질 반응에 의한 연료 개질 방법.
