Claims (12)
- 튜브와;내부에 액정이 적하되는 관통 유로가 형성되어 상기 튜브에 결합되는 팁과;상기 팁의 끝부분에 구비되어 액정이 팁의 외주면을 따라 올라오는 것을 방지하는 역류방지막과,상기 튜브와 팁에 구비되며 상기 팁을 통해 적하된 액정 방울이 도팅되는 대상물과 상기 튜브 또는 상기 대상물과 상기 팁사이에서 발생되는 정전기를 제거하는 정전기 방전수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브의 재질은 태프론인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁의 재질은 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 역류방지막은 태프론 코팅막인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 역류방지막의 외경은 700 ~ 900 마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 방전수단은 상기 튜브 및 팁의 외주면에 도체 재료로 코팅된 도체 코팅막인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 도체 코팅막은 이엠아이(EMI) 도료인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 방전수단은 상기 튜브와 디스펜서의 본체를 연결하는 도전성 연결부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁의 끝부분에 테이퍼진 테이퍼부가 구비되며, 그 테이퍼부의 끝에 일정 외경으로 연장 형성된 단부가 구비되며, 그 단부에 상기 역류방지막이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁 관통 유로의 출구 내경은 40 ~ 60 마이크로미터이며, 그 출구가 형성된 팁의 끝면 외경이 200 ~ 300 마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁의 관통 유로는 입구의 내경이 출구의 내경보다 크도록 테이퍼지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 액정이 적하되는 노즐 바디와;상기 노즐 바디의 외주면에 도체 재료로 코팅되어 형성되며 상기 노즐 바디에서 적하된 액정 방울이 놓여지는 대상물과 상기 노즐 바디사이에서 발생되는 정전기를 제거하는 도체 코팅막을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서의 노즐.
