Claims (5)
- 주촉매로서 올레핀 중합용 지글러-나타 촉매의 존재 하에서, 수소, 에틸렌 및 공단량체를 포함하여 이루어지는 기상 중합용 조성물을 기상(gas phase) 반응시켜 올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 올레핀 중합용 지글러-나타 촉매는 일반식 MXp-(q+r)(OAr1)q(OAr2)r(여기에서, M은 산화가 4 이상의 주기율표 Ⅳ족, V족 또는 VI족 전이금속이고, X는 할로겐 원소이며, Ar1 및 Ar2는 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기 또는 치환된 아릴기이고, Ar1과 Ar2는 같거나 서로 다르고, 서로 연결되지 않으며, p는 M의 산화가로서 4 이상이고, 0≤q≤p, 0≤r≤p 그리고 2≤q+r≤p이다)으로 표시되는 전이금속 화합물과 일반식 MgX2-mRm(여기에서, X는 할로겐 원소이고, R은 탄소수 1 내지 16의 알킬기이며, 0<m≤2이다)으로 표시되는 유기마그네슘 화합물을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 제조방법에 의해 만들어지고, 상기 기상 중합용 조성물에 포함되는 상기 수소와 상기 에틸렌의 함량비는 수소/에틸렌이 몰비로 0.05~1.0이고, 상기 공단량체와 상기 에틸렌의 함량비는 공단량체/에틸렌이 몰비로 0.001~0.2인 것을 특징으로 하는, 기상 중합에 의한 올레핀 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속 화합물과 상기 유기마그네슘 화합물은 0.1≤전이금속 화합물/유기마그네슘 화합물≤0.5의 몰비로 60~90℃에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기상 중합에 의한 올레핀 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조촉매로서 일반식 AlRnX(3-n)(여기에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 16의 알킬기이고, X는 할로겐 원소이며, 1≤n≤3이다)으로 표시되는 알킬알루미늄 화합물을 더 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기상 중합에 의한 올레핀 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알루미늄 화합물은 0.5≤알킬알루미늄 화합물/주촉매 중의 전이금속≤500의 몰비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기상 중합에 의한 올레핀 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합반응은 탄화수소용매의 부재 하에서 60∼120℃의 온도 및 2∼80기압의 압력에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기상 중합에 의한 올레핀 공중합체 제조방법.
