Claims (3)
- 육방정 질화붕소: 20~35중량%와 나머지 질화물 또는 질산화물의 그룹에서 선택된 1종으로 조성되고, 상기 질화붕소가 고순도 질화붕소: 35~65중량%와 저순도 질화붕소: 35~65중량%로 이루어지고, 상기 고순도와 저순도의 구분은 순도 99%를 기준으로 하는 강도 및 윤활성이 우수한 질화붕소 복합체.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고순도 질화붕소는 2㎛이상의 조립이고, 저순도 질화붕소는 2㎛미만의 미립임을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 윤활성이 우수한 질화붕소 복합체.
