Claims (7)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이량화 반응용매로는 2-메톡시에탄올을 사용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이오디사놀의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이량화 반응은 10 ℃ 내지 30 ℃ 온도범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이오디사놀의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이량화 반응은 pH 9 내지 12 범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이오디사놀의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이량화 반응 종결 후에는 반응혼합물의 pH를 3 내지 4 범위로 조절하여 아이오디사놀 조생성물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이오디사놀의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이량화 반응의 결과로 얻어진 아이오디사놀의 조생성물을 에탄올에 용해한 후에 이소프로판올을 첨가하여 침전물을 생성시키고,상기 생성된 침전물을 활성탄으로 여과하여 정제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 활성탄으로 여과한 후에, HP-20, XAD-2 및 XAD-4 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 이온교환수지 컬럼을 통과시켜 추가로 정제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
