Claims (4)
- 수치제어장치(CNC)를 갖는 공작기계의 절삭력 평준화를 통한 공구의 마모를 모니터링하는 시스템에 있어서,가공조건에 대한 절삭력이 일정하도록 이송속도를 전 가공구간에 대해 최적화시키고, 최적화된 캠 데이타(CAM DATA)를 상기 수치제어장치에 전송하여 평준화된 절삭력으로 이송을 유도하는 오프라인 이송속도 최적화 모듈(102)과;상기 수치제어장치로부터 절삭신호를 인가받아 공구마모에 의해 절삭력 변화를 상기 수치제어장치에 이송속도 오버라이드를 통해 실시간으로 평준화시키는 실시간 이송속도 제어 모듈(103)과;상기 실시간 이송속도 제어 모듈(103)에서 사용된 이송속도 오버라이드의 변화값으로부터 공구마모를 모니터링하는 가공 상태 모니터링 모듈(104)을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 방식의 절삭력 평준화를 통한 공구마모 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 오프라인 이송속도 최적화 모듈(102)은,공구추천조건으로부터 가공 기준 절삭력을 구하는 단계와;캠 데이터를 입력받아 미소절삭력 모델을 통해 절삭력을 예측하는 단계와;예측된 절삭력과 가공 기준 절삭력을 비교하여 예측 절삭력이 작을 경우 이 송속도를 증가시키고, 그 반대로 예측 절삭력이 클 경우 이송속도를 감소시켜 이송속도를 최적화시키는 단계가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 방식의 절삭력 평준화를 통한 공구마모 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실시간 이송속도 제어 모듈(103)은,주축 회전 감지후 에어컷 신호가 인지되면 가공 기준 절삭력을 선정하는 단계와;가공 기준 절삭력과 가공 측정 절삭력을 비교하는 단계와;가공 측정 절삭력이 가공 기준 절삭력을 증가할 경우 절삭력이 가공 기준 절삭력에 추종할 수 있도록 실시간으로 이송속도 오버라이드를 통한 이송속도 감소 지령을 하는 단계가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 방식의 절삭력 평준화를 통한 공구마모 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가공 상태 모니터링 모듈(104)은,이송속도 오버라이드의 평균 이동값을 인덱스시켜 공구마모량과 선형적으로 디스플레이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 방식의 절삭력 평준화를 통한 공구마모 모니터링 시스템.
