Claims (6)
- 졸-겔 반응에 의한 티탄산바륨을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,수산화바륨 수용액과 이산화티탄졸을 60 ~ 90 ℃ 반응온도에서 졸-겔 반응으로 혼합용액을 제조하는 공정;상기 제조된 혼합용액을 100 ~ 120 ℃ 온도 범위에서 1차 건조하여 평균입자 크기가 0.05 ~ 0.25 ㎛인 티탄산바륨 건조입자를 얻는 공정;상기 티탄산바륨 건조입자를 800 ~ 1100 ℃ 온도에서 하소하여 티탄산바륨 입자를 제조하는 공정; 및상기 제조된 티탄산바륨 입자를 분쇄한 후, 수세 및 2차 건조하여 평균입자 크기가 0.1 ~ 0.3 ㎛인 정제된 티탄산바륨 입자를 제조하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 티탄산바륨 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1차 건조한 티탄산바륨 건조입자는 정방정계 결정구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수산화바륨 수용액과 이산화티탄졸은 바륨/티탄의 원소 몰비가 0.8 ∼ 2.0 범위로 혼합 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 입 자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수산화바륨 수용액은 농도가 0.1 ∼ 2.0 M 인 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수세는 0.001 ∼ 0.05 ℓ/g의 순수를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정제된 티탄산바륨 입자는 사방정계 결정구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산바륨 입자의 제조방법.
