Claims (17)
- 세 개의 결합부위를 가진 핵분자(core)를 기반으로 하여, 두 개의 산기에는 PEG를 부착하고 나머지 한 개의 아민기에는 반응기를 부착하는 Y자 형태의 Y-PEG 유도체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 핵분자는 아스파르트 산(aspartic acid) 또는 글루타민 산(glutamic acid)인 Y자 형태의 Y-PEG 유도체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응기는 말레이미드(maleimide), 파라-니트로페닐 카보네이트(p-nitrophenyl carbonate), 이소시아네이트(isocyanate)인 Y자 형태의 Y-PEG 유도체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 화합물은;L-아스파르틱-Y-PEG, L-아스파르틱-Y-PEG-말레이미드, L-아스파르틱-Y-PEG-니트로페닐 카보네이트, L-아스파르틱-Y-PEG-이소시아네이트, L-글루타믹-Y-PEG, L-글루타믹-Y-PEG-말레이미드, L-글루타믹-Y-PEG-니트로페닐 카보네이트, L-글루타 믹-Y-PEG-이소시아네이트에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 Y자 형태의 Y-PEG 유도체.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 L-아스파르틱(Aspartic)-Y-PEG 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, N-Boc-L-아스파르트 산(Aspartic acid)에 mPEG-아민을 1-[3-(디메틸아미노)프로필-3-에틸카보디이미드 히드로클로라이드(1-[3-(di methylamino)propyl- 3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, EDC)로 처리하여 유기용매 하에 반응시켜 두개의 mPEG을 연결시킨 후, 이 유도체를 탈보호화 반응화제(deprotection)로 처리함으로써 보호기(Boc)를 제거하여 일반식(Ⅰ) 중합체 화합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응화제는 펜타플루오로페닐 트리플루오로아세테이트, 파라-니트로페닐 클로로포메이트, 트라이포스겐 또는 탈보호화제로부터 선택된 단독 또는 2종이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기는 TEA 또는 DIEA(N,N-diisopropylethylamine)로부터 선택된 단독 또는 2종이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기용매는 디클로로메탄, 메틸렌 클로라이드 또는 DMF(Dimethylformamide)로부터 선택된 단독 또는 2종이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식 (Ⅰ) 내지 일반식 (Ⅷ)의 Y-PEG 중합체는 분자량이 100내지 1,000,000달톤(Dalton)인 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 일반식 (Ⅰ) 내지 일반식 (Ⅷ)의 Y-PEG 중합체는 분자량이 1000 내지 100,000 달톤(Dalton)인 제조방법.
