Claims (15)
- a) 제1 튜브(1)가 경로 위로 인도되는 적어도 1열의 몰드(5)를 포함하는 몰드터널(4) 내로 압출성형되는 단계,b) 제1 튜브(1)가 적어도 하나의 제1 영역 내에서 물결모양으로 주어지고, 적어도 하나의 제2 영역 내에서 연결슬리브 내로 확장상승되는 단계,c) 제2 튜브(6)가 제1 튜브 내로 압출성형되고, 제1 튜브(1)의 파형트로프(8)에서 밀어 눌려지는 단계,d) 제1 튜브(1)가 물결모양으로 형성되고 제2 튜브(6)가 제1 튜브 내에서 압출성형되는 동안에, 양 튜브(1,6) 사이의 영역(A)는 대기압보다 높은 제1 압력 p1의 영향 하에 있는 단계,e) 양 튜브(1,6) 사이의 영역(A)는, 제1 튜브(1)가 연결슬리브 내로 팽창하기 전 또는 후의 특정시간에서, 필연적으로 제1 압력 p1보다 작으나 대기압보다 높은 일정한 제2 압력 p2 또는 가변적이지만 연속적으로 감소하지 않는 제2 압력 p2의 영향 하에 있는 단계,f) 제2 튜브(6)가 이미 연결슬리브 내로 팽창된 제1 튜브(1) 내로 압출성형되는 동안에, 제2 튜브(6)는 내부에 대기압보다 높은 제3 압력 p3의 영향 하에 있고, 제1 튜브(1)에 대해 밀어 눌려지는 단계, 및g) 제1 압력 p1은 뒤따라서 다시 양 튜브 사이의 영역(A)에 적용되는 단계;를 포함하는 연결슬리브가 구비된 이중벽의 열가소성 튜브를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 튜브(1)가 연결슬리브로 상승확장하기 바로전에 제1 압력 p1이 제2 압력 p2로 전환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,제2 튜브(6)가 이미 연결슬리브 내로 확장된 제1 튜브(1)내로 압출성형되기 전에, 선결된 시간에서 제3 압력 p3이 제2 튜브(6)의 내부에 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,자신의 경로위에서 몰드(5')의 특정한 위치에 대한 가정이 인지되고, 제1 압력 p1, 제2 압력 p2, 제3 압력 p3의 조절이 상기 인지된 정보에 의해 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,경로 위에서 몰드(5)에 의해 이동되는 거리를 결정하는 것이 가능하도록 결과가 인지되고, 제1 압력 p1, 제2 압력 p2, 제3 압력 p3의 조절이 상기 인지된 정보의 도움에 의해 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- A) 적어도 하나의 제1 영역에서 파형몰드벽(13)과 적어도 하나의 제2 영역에서 연결슬리브에 대응되는 슬리브리세스(12)를 구비하며, 경로 위에서 인도된 적어도 1열의 몰드(5)를 포함하는 몰드터널(4),B) 몰드터널(4)에서 제1 튜브(1)를 압출성형하기 위한 제1 다이(2)와, 제2 튜브(6)를 압출성형하기 위해서 몰드터널(4)에서 몰드(5)의 움직임 방향으로 후방에 위치하는 제2 다이(7)를 포함하는 압출가공헤드(3)가 구비된 압출기,C) 양 다이(2,7) 사이에 위치하는 제1 가스덕트(10)와, 몰드터널(4)의 몰드(5)의 움직임 방향으로 제2 다이(7)의 후방에 위치하는 제2 가스덕트(14),E) 양 튜브(1,6) 사이의 영역에서 제1 가스덕트(10)으로부터 유입되는 압축가스에 의하여, 대기압보다 높은 제1 압력 p1과 필연적으로 제1 압력 p1보다 작으며 대기압보다 높은 일정한 제2 압력 p2 또는 가변적이나 연속적으로 감소하지 않으며 대기압보다 높은 제2 압력 p2를 생성하기 위해서 제1 가스덕트(10)와 연결되는 압축가스제어기(15),F) 제2 가스덕트(14)의 입구로부터 유입되는 압축가스에 의해 제2 튜브(6) 내부에 대기압보다 높은 제3 압력 p3을 발생시키기 위해서 제2 가스덕트(14)에 연결된 압축가스제어기(16), 및G) 압축가스제어기(15,16)을 제어하기 위한 제어설비(17);을 포함하여 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,제1 가스덕트(10)에 연결된 압축가스제어기(15)가 압력제어기(21)에 구비되고, 상기 압력제어기(21)은 양 튜브(1,6)사이의 영역(A) 내로 유입되는 압축가스의 압력을 제어할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,제1 가스덕트(10)에 연결된 압축가스제어기(15)가 양 튜브(1,6) 사이의 영역(A) 내로 유입되는 가스부피를 제어하는 유량계를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서압력측정장치가 양 튜브(1,6) 사이의 영역(A)에서의 압력을 측정하도록 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,양 튜브(1,6) 사이의 영역(A)에서 압축가스의 온도 및/또는 튜브(1,6)의 열가소성 물질의 온도를 측정하기 위해 센서가 제공되고, 상기 온도값에 근거하여 양 튜브(1,6) 사이의 영역(A)에서 제1 압력 p1, 제2 압력 p2에 도달하기 위해 요구되는 가스압력 또는 가스부피를 조절하는데 사용되도록 압축가스제어기(15)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,압축가스제어기(15,16)에 의해 양 가스덕트(10,14)에 대한 제2 압력 p2와 제3 압력 p3 사이의 특정한 압력차이가 조절될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,마크가 몰드(5')의 외측면에 구비되고, 정상센서(19)가 제공되며, 상기 정상센서(19)에 의해 몰드 경로 위에서의 몰드의 특정한 위치에서 마크가 인지될 수 있도록 하며, 상기 제어설비(17)가 상기 센서(19)에 의해 마크의 인지를 기초로 하여 압축가스제어기(15,16)을 활성화하는 프로그램을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제어설비가 압축기의 양 다이(2,7)을 통해서 각각 압출성형되는 열가소성물질의 흐름비율 및/또는 몰드경로 위에서 몰드(5) 속도에 대한 다양한 조절을 허용함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
