Claims (9)
- 인쇄 회로 기판이 작업 위치에 도달할 수 있도록 안내하는 기판 가이드 레일;상기 인쇄회로 기판을 지지하는 다수의 백업 핀;상기 백업 핀들의 하부면을 지지하는 백업 핀 플레이트;상기 백업 핀 플레이트에 근접하게 배치되며 다수의 백업 핀들이 거치되어 있는 백업 핀 거치대;상기 백업 핀 플레이트상에서 백업 핀에 의해 지지될 인쇄 회로 기판의 지지면과 상기 거치대의 백업 핀들을 촬상하는 카메라;상기 촬상 카메라에 의해 스캔닝된 인쇄회로 기판의 전체 가상이미지를 표시하고, 이 가상 이미지상의 선택된 영역에 해당하는 기판표면의 실제이미지가 실시간으로 표시되는 디스플레이 수단으로서, 인쇄회로기판의 촬상된 실제이미지를 보면서 상기 가상 이미지상에 백업핀의 위치를 설정할 수 있게 하는 디스플레이 수단;상기 백업 핀 거치대의 백업 핀을 상기 백업 핀 플레이트상의 설정 위치에 옮겨놓는 그리퍼;를 구비한 기판 지지용 백업 핀 자동 설정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 백업 핀은 상기 백업 핀 플레이트상에서 자력에 의해 정위치에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀 자동 설정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 거치대에는 상기 백업 핀의 하단부가 삽입될 수 있는 다수의 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀 자동 설정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 백업 핀은 최상부 단면이 면적이 상이하게 형성된 다수의 백업 핀을 구비하며, 상기 백업 핀은 상부 표면에 마킹이 형성되고, 하부에는 자석을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀 자동 설정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 그리퍼와 카메라는 소정의 이송수단에 의해서 직교 좌표상의 평면 운동과 승강 운동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀 자동 설정 장치.
- 백업 핀에 의해서 지지되어야 할 표면을 스캐닝할 수 있도록 기판을 스캐닝이 가능한 위치로 반송하는 단계;상기 기판의 표면을 촬상 카메라로 스캔닝하여 기판의 전체의 전체적인 가상이미지를 표시하고, 이 가상 이미지상의 선택된 영역에 해당하는 기판표면의 실제이미지를 실시간으로 디스플레이하는 단계;상기 기판의 실제이미지를 보면서 상기 가상 이미지상에 각 백업 핀의 설정 위치를 설정하고 상기 기판을 배출시키는 단계;거치대에 거치된 다수의 백업 핀을 촬상하는 단계;상기 거치대의 다수의 백업 핀을 하나씩 그리퍼로 집어 올려서 상기에서 입력된 백업 핀 설정 위치에 대응하는 백업 핀 플레이트상의 위치에 설정하는 단계;를 구비하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀의 설정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 가상 이미지를 보면서 백업 핀 설정 위치를 입력하는 동안, 상기 모니터상에 상기 카메라로 촬상된 기판 표면의 실제 이미지가 상기 모니터상에 실 시간으로 디스플레이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀의 설정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 가상 이미지상에 상이한 크기의 백업 핀 설정 위치를 입력할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀의 설정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 백업 핀을 스캐닝하는 단계는 상기 백업 핀의 최상부 표면에 형성된 마킹을 스캐닝함으로써 백업 핀의 존재 유무, 틀어진 정도 및, 종류등을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 지지용 백업 핀의 설정 방법.
