Claims (5)
- 주택 세대와 주방환기를 각각의 독립된 유니트로 구성되는 하나의 환기시스템으로 주방 후드에 급,배기유니트를 연동하여 열교환기를 이용하는 주택 내부 환기 시스템에 있어서,외부공기닥트(1)로 부터 유입되는 외부공기를 각 실내공간에 연결된 급기닥트(2)를 통해 각 실내공간에 공급하도록 천장 및 발코니, 보일러실 등의 장소에 독자적으로 급기유니트(10)가 설치되고;각 실내공간에 연결되고 주방후드닥트(5)와 연결되는 바이패스댐퍼(6)와 연결된 배기닥트(3)를 통해 실내 및 주방의 오염된 공기를 외부의 입상샤프트로 배기시키도록 상기 급기유니트(10)와 분리되어 주방의 천장 내측 등에 독자적으로 배기유니트(20)가 설치되며;외부공기닥트(1), 급기닥트(2), 배기닥트(3), 주방후드닥트(5)들과 연결되어 외부공기 및 실내공기를 열교환시켜서 통과하는 공기를 여과시키도록 상기 급기유니트(10) 및 배기유니트(20)와 분리되어 천장의 내측이나 실내의 외부공간에 독자적으로 열교환기(30)가 설치되고;상기 급기닥트(2) 상에 설치되고, 주방에 연결되는 급기구(7)와 연결되는 제1바이패스밸브(40)와, 상기 열교환기(30)의 하측에 위치되고 상기 배기닥트(3) 상에 설치되는 제2바이패스밸브(50)와, 상기 주방의 주방후드닥트(5) 상에 설치되고, 일측으로 바이패스댐퍼(6)가 연결되는 제3바이패스밸브(60)가 상기 급기유니트(10), 배기유니트(20), 열교환기(30)와 분리되어서 독자적으로 닥트라인을 따라 설치되며;각각 분리되어 독자적으로 설치되는 상기 급기유니트(10), 배기유니트(20), 열교환기(30), 제1바이패스밸브(40), 제2바이패스밸브(50), 제3바이패스밸브(60)들이 콘트롤러(100)의 조작으로 연계되어서 작동되는 하나의 시스템을 이루어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주택 내부 환기 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 급기유니트(10)가 방음케이스(11) 및 급기팬(12)으로 구성되고;상기 배기유니트(20)가 방음케이스(21) 및 고정압팬(22)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주택 내부 환기 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기(30)의 내부 일측에 필터(31)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주택 내부 환기 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,각 실내공간의 천장 및 주방의 천장에 설치되고, 상기 콘트롤러(100)와 연동되어 실내의 오염된 정도가 감지되면 필요시 상기 콘트롤러(100)가 자동적으로 작동되도록 하는 자동환기센서(70)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주택 내부 환기 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주방의 후드(4) 내부에 설치되고, 상기 후드(4) 아래의 렌지에서의 화재시 이를 자동진화하는 자동확산소화기(80)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주택 내부 환기 시스템.
