Claims (8)
- (A) (a1) 고무 변성 그라프트 공중합체 10∼100 중량부 및 (a2) 시안화 비닐 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 공중합체 0∼90 중량부로 이루어진 고무질 그라프트 공중합체 100 중량부;(B) 무수 말레인산이 포함된 비닐계 공중합체 1∼30 중량부; 및(C) 반응성기를 가진 화합물로 유기화된 점토(clay) 광물 1∼20 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 반응성기를 가진 화합물은 한쪽은 점토(clay) 광물과 이온교환반응을 할 수 있는 오늄이온을, 다른 한쪽은 라디칼중합이 가능한 반응성기를 가지고 있는 화합물 중에서 하나 이상 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라디칼중합이 가능한 반응성기는 비닐기 및 하이드록시기 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 (ABS) 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무질 그라프트 공중합체(A)의 고무질 중합체의 중량비가 고무질 그라프트 공중합체 전체(A)에 대하여 5∼30 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무수 말레인산이 포함된 비닐계 공중합체(B)가 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 에타크릴로니트릴, 스티렌, o-, m-, p-에틸 스티렌, α-메틸 스티렌, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 N-페닐말레이미드 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무수 말레인산이 포함된 비닐계 공중합체(B)내의 무수 말레인산 함량은 (B)전체에 대하여 0.1∼20 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기화된 점토(clay) 광물(C)은 몬트모릴로나이트, 사포나이트 및 헥토라이트 군으로 이루어진 스멕타이트 형태의 점토(clay)로서, 상기의 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기화된 점토(clay) 광물(C)에 사용된 유기화제의 함량이 유기화된 점토(clay) 광물(C) 100중량부에 대하여 10∼50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본 발명 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물에 필요에 따라 선택적으로 특정한 충격보강제, 산화방지제, 활제, 광안정제, 안료 및/또는 염료 등을 더 첨가하여 제조된 열가소성 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지 조성물.
