Claims (5)
- 양측면을 관통하는 부시구멍(31a), 이 부시구멍(31a)의 길이방향을 따라 절결되어 외측과 연결되는 절결홈(31b), 원호형상의 둘레면을 따라 돌출되게 형성되는 적어도 두 개이상의 굴곡부(31c)를 구비한 스테빌라이저부시(31)와;상기 절결홈(31b)을 통해 부시구멍(31a)내에 위치되도록 삽입되면서 그 양단은 상기 부시구멍(31a)을 관통하여 스테빌라이저부시(1)의 양측면을 지지하도록 설치되고, 길이방향을 따라 내부에 형성된 중공(33a)으로는 스테빌라이저(1)가 관통되도록 설치되는 마찰력감쇠부재(33)와;상기 굴곡부(31c)와 끼워맞춤이 가능한 오목홈부(35a)를 통해 스테빌라이저부시(31)를 감싸면서 복수개의 볼트(15)를 매개로 섀시프레임(3)상에 체결되는 부시브라켓트(35)로 구성되는 한편;상기 마찰력감쇠부재(33)는, 길이방향을 따라 형성되는 꺽쇠홈(33b)을 중심으로 양측편이 힌지 회전가능하게 전개되는 제1,2반원통관(33c,33d)과;상기 제1,2반원통관(33c,33d)의 양측 둘레면을 따라 각각 돌출되도록 형성되면서 상기 마찰력감쇠부재(33)가 부시구멍(31a)으로 삽입될 때 부시구멍(31a)을 관통하여 스테빌라이저부시(31)의 양측면을 지지하도록 하는 한 쌍의 플랜지(33e)와;상기 제1,2반원통관(33c,33d)의 절개면(33f)에 길이방향을 따라 서로 대응되도록 형성되면서 상기 제1,2반원통관(33c,33d)이 오므라들 때 암수결합이 이루어지는 결합돌기(33g) 및 결합홈(33h);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테빌라이저의 고정장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마찰력감쇠부재(33)를 구성하는 제1,2반원통관(33c,33d)의 두께(t)는 1.0mm ∼ 2.5mm 사이의 치수를 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테빌라이저의 고정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마찰력감쇠부재(33)는 폴리아마이드 계열의 열가소성 플라스틱 소재를 이용해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테빌라이저의 고정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마찰력감쇠부재(33)는 한국엔지니어링플라스틱에서 규정한 FM2500 계열의 폴리아세탈 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테빌라이저의 고정장치.
