Claims (8)
- 활물질이 코팅된 양극 집전체의 적어도 일측단부에 상기 활물질이 코팅되지 않은 양극 무지부가 형성된 양극극판과, 활물질이 코팅된 음극 집전체의 적어도 일측단부에 상기 활물질이 코팅되지 않은 음극 무지부가 형성된 음극극판과, 나선형으로 감기는 양극극판과 음극극판의 사이에 설치되어 이들을 절연시키는 세퍼레이터들를 구비하여 된 것으로, 상기 양극 무지부와 음극 무지부의 사이에는 적어도 두겹 이상의 세퍼레이터가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 전극조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극 무지부와 음극 무지부는 적어도 두겹 이상의 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 소정의 폭으로 중첩된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 전극조립체.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 양극 무지부와 음극 무지부의 사이에 설치되는 두겹 이상의 세퍼레이터는 양극극판과 음극극판의 사이에 설치되는 세퍼레이터의 단부가 접히거나 감기어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 전극조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 리드가 설치된 양극 무지부와 음극 무지부의 적어도 일측에는 이들의 절연을 위한 절연 테이프를 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 전극조립체.
- 활물질이 코팅된 양극 집전체의 적어도 일측단부에 상기 활물질이 코팅되지 않은 양극 무지부가 형성된 양극극판과, 활물질이 코팅된 음극 집전체의 적어도 일측단부에 상기 활물질이 코팅되지 않은 음극 무지부가 형성된 음극극판과, 나선형으로 감기는 양극극판과 음극극판의 사이에 설치되어 이들을 절연시키는 세퍼레이터들를 구비하여 된 것으로, 상기 양극 무지부와 음극무지부의 사이에는 적어도 두겹 이상의 세퍼레이터가 설치된 전극조립체와,상기 전극조립체를 감싸는 케이스와, 상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀봉하며 상기 전극조립체와 전기적으로 연결되는 단자부가 형성된 캡 조립체를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 양극 무지부와 음극 무지부는 적어도 두겹 이상의 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 소정의 폭으로 중첩된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 양극 무지부와 음극 무지부의 사이에 설치되는 두겹 이상의 세퍼레이터는 양극극판과 음극극판의 사이에 설치되는 세퍼레이터의 단부가 접히거나 감기어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 리드가 설치된 양극 무지부와 음극 무지부의 적어도 일측에는 이들의 절연을 위한 절연 테이프를 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
