Claims (5)
- 중량%로, C: 0.75~1.1%, Si: 0.1~1.0%, Mn: 0.5% 이하, Cr: 3.7~4.5%, Ni: 0.30% 이하, Co: 0.3~0.8%, Mo: 4.5~5.5%, W: 5.5~6.8%, V: 1.7~2.2%, Cu: 0.6% 이하, 나머지 Fe및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 고경도 코발트 미량함유 고속도공구강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Si은 0.32~1.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 고경도 코발트 미량함유 고속도공구강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고속도공구강은 로크웰 경도가 64이상임을 특징으로 하는 고경도 코발트 미량함유 고속도공구강.
- 중량%로, C: 0.75~1.1%, Si: 0.1~1.0%, Mn: 0.5% 이하, Cr: 3.7~4.5%, Ni: 0.30% 이하, Co: 0.3~0.8%, Mo: 4.5~5.5%, W: 5.5~6.8%, V: 1.7~2.2%, Cu: 0.6% 이하, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강을 1100~1150℃에서 균질화처리하여 열간가공하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 고경도 코발트 미량함유 고속도공구강의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 Si은 0.32~1.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 고경도 코발트 미량함유 고속도공구강의 제조방법.
