- 화력발전소에서 화석연료의 연소과정에서 발생하는 질소산화물을 제거하기 위한 수단으로, 배연탈질설비의 반응로(10)에 설치되어 연소가스를 향해 환원제를 분사하면서 그 둘레면에 연소가스온도를 측정하는 온도검출봉(22)과 몸체온도를 측정하는 온도측정기(27)가 장착된 다수개의 주입부(20)와, 이 주입부(20)의 승강경로에 장착되면서 상기 주입부(20)의 둘레면을 이루는 랙기어(31)에 피니언기어(32)를 매개로 결합되는 승강부(30)가, 제어부(50)의 신호에 따라 작동되는 환원제주입기의 자동승강장치에 있어서,상기 주입부(20)는, 그 둘레면에 공기를 압송하여 환원제를 분산시키는 제1공기통로(24)와 주입부몸체로 냉각공기를 압송하는 제2공기통로(25)가 형성되면서, 그 하단부에 분사공(23)을 통해 분사되는 환원제의 분사각을 조절하는 노즐헤드(21)가 장착되는 한편, 상기 노즐헤드(21)의 하부측에 환원제의 비산경로를 변경시키는 가이드(26)가 장착되며,상기 주입부(20)의 상단부에 공급관로(42)를 매개로 블로워(41)를 구비한 분사부(40)가 연결되어,상기 제어부(50)에서 검출붕(22)과 온도측정기(27)의 신호를 입력받아 상기 블러워(41)와 피니언기어(32)에 작동신호를 출력하여 상기 제1,2공기통로(24,25)를 통해 공기를 압송시킴과 더불어 상기 주입부(20)를 승강시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물저감용 환원제주입기의 자동 승강 장치.
