Claims (15)
- 삭제
- 고체 환원제(solid reducing material)를 이동식 노상로(爐床爐; traveling hearth furnace)의 이동하는 노상(爐床)에 예비 장입시키되, 상기 고체 환원제를 노상 표면에 피복시키고; 이어서 상기 환원제 위 및 내에 별도의 스택(stack)의 환원성 물질(reducible material)을 퇴적시키고; 노에서 노상이 이동하는 동안 생성되는 물질을 가열함으로써 금속 함유 물질로부터 환원 금속을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이,고체 환원제 층을 노상 위에 형성하는 단계;생성되는 물질을 고체 환원제 층에 장입시켜서 퇴적시키는 단계;가열에 의해 고체 환원성 물질을 환원시키는 단계;용융에 의해 상기 환원성 물질을 별도의 형태의 용융 환원된 금속 및 용융 슬래그로 분리시키는 단계; 및이어서 상기 환원성 물질을 응고시키는 단계를 포함하는,환원 금속의 제조방법.

- 노상 표면에서 환원성 금속 물질로부터 환원 금속을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이,상기 노상 표면에 고체 환원제의 연속적인 층을 형성하는 단계;상기 고체 환원제 층 위에 상기 환원성 금속 물질을 연속적인 형태로 장입시키는 단계로서, 상기 환원성 고체 물질은 상기 고체 환원제 층의 표면에서 대체로 점재(点在) 방식의 별도의 함몰 형태, 서로 분리된 섬(island)의 형태로 물리적으로 배열되고 환원 금속 물질로 구성되는 것인 단계;상기 노상을 가열함으로써 상기 환원성 물질을 환원시켜서 복수의 컵 또는 함몰을 생성하는 단계;상기 환원 금속 물질을 추가적으로 가열하여 상기 섬을 용융시켜서 상기 함몰에 별도의 용융 환원 금속 및 용융 슬래그를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 함몰에서 개별적으로 상기 용융 금속 및 상기 용융 슬래그를 응고시키는 단계를 포함하는,환원 금속의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 노상 위에 고체 환원제 층을 형성시키고, 이어서 그 고체 환원제 층의 표면에 다수의 오목부를 형성시키는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,노상 위를 피복하는 고체 환원제 층 내부 또는 그 표면에 융제를 혼입 또는 산재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,노상 표면을 피복하는 고체 환원제 층의 적어도 노상에 접하는 쪽에 불연화용융층을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,노상 위를 피복하는 고체 환원제의 층두께가 5mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 원료를 고체 환원제 층상에 장입 퇴적시킬 때 이종의 원료를 적층하여 퇴적층을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,환원 생성물중 괴상 금속 및 괴상 슬래그를 체질하여 수득된 체 하부의 분말상 회수물의 전부 또는 일부를 상기 원료중에 혼합하여 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 원료가 금속함유물중에 Zn 및/또는 Pb를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이동식 노상로 내부의 분위기가 적어도 원료가 용융하는 영역에서 환원성임을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 원료중 고체 환원제를 제외한 전부 또는 일부를 이동식 노상로 외부에서 예열한 후 고체 환원제와 혼합한 후에 이동식 노상로 내부로 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 금속의 제조 방법.
- 수평 이동하는 노상, 그 노상의 위를 피복하는 노대, 상기 노상 위로 금속함유물 및 고체 환원제를 포함하는 장입물을 장입하기 위한 장입 장치, 노상 위의 장입물을 가열시키는 가열수단, 장입물의 가열에 의해 생성되는 환원 생성물과 슬래그를 냉각시키는 냉각수단, 및 냉각된 환원 생성물과 슬래그를 배출시키는 수단을 갖는 이동식 노상로로서, 상기 장입 장치로부터 배출장치로 향하는 노체내에 장입물을 예열하는 예열대, 장입물을 환원시키는 환원대, 장입물을 거시적으로 금속 및 슬래그로 분리할 때까지 용융시키는 용융대, 및 용융된 환원 생성물과 슬래그를 냉각시키는 냉각대를 포함하는 환원 금속 제조용 이동식 노상로.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 노상 표면이 표면에 다수의 오목부를 갖는 고체 환원제 층으로 피복된 이동식 노상로.
