Claims (12)
- 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유에 있어서,직경이 d1, 굴절율이 n1인 내부 코어;상기 내부 코어를 둘러싸고, 직경이 d2이며, 굴절율 n2가 상기 분산 제어 광섬유의 중심으로부터 멀어질수록 상기 내부 코어의 굴절율 n1으로부터 점차 감소하는 외부 코어;상기 외부 코어를 둘러싸고, 직경이 d3, 굴절율이 n3인 내부 클래드; 및상기 내부 클래드를 둘러싸고, 굴절율이 n4인 외부 클래드를 구비하고,상기 직경들은 0≤d1/d2≤0.8, 0.1≤d2/d3≤0.5 인 관계를 만족함과 동시에, 상기 굴절율들은 n1〉n2≥n3≥n4, 0.0034≤(n1-n4)/n1≤0.007, 0≤(n2-n4)/n2≤0.0048, 0≤(n3-n4)/n3≤0.0014 인 관계를 만족함과 아울러,차단파장이 1285㎚ 이하이고, 1285㎚~1330㎚의 파장 범위에서 분산값이 -12 ~ -4㎰/㎚/㎞ 이고, 1430㎚ 미만의 파장 영역에서 영분산 파장이 위치되며, 1625㎚의 파장에서 분산값이 8 ~ 14㎰/㎚/㎞이고, 1550㎚의 파장에서 75㎛2 미만의 유효단면적을 나타내며, 파장 1550㎚ 및 파장 1625㎚ 간 손실값의 차가 0.03㏈/㎞ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유는 영분산 파장에서의 분산기울기가 0.074㎰/㎚2/㎞ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유는 1310㎚ 파장에서 분산값이 -9㎰/㎚/㎞ 이상임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유는 1625㎚ 의 파장에서 손실이 0.25㏈/㎞ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유는 1550㎚ 에서 직경이 60㎜ 인 롤러에 100회 권선되었을 때의 구부림 손실이 0.05㏈ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유에 있어서,직경이 d1, 굴절율이 n1인 내부 코어;상기 내부 코어를 둘러싸고, 직경이 d2이며, 굴절율 n2가 상기 분산 제어 광섬유의 중심으로부터 멀어질수록 상기 내부 코어의 굴절율 n1으로부터 점차 감소하는 외부 코어; 및상기 외부 코어를 둘러싸고, 직경이 d3, 굴절율이 n3인 내부 클래드; 및상기 내부 클래드를 둘러싸고, 굴절율이 n4인 외부 클래드를 구비하고;0≤d1/d2≤0.8, 0.1≤d2/d3≤0.5 인 관계를 만족함과 동시에, 상기 굴절율들은 n1〉n2≥n3≥n4, 0.0034≤(n1-n4)/n1≤0.007, 0≤(n2-n4)/n2≤0.0048, 0≤(n3-n4)/n3≤0.0014 인 관계를 만족함과 아울러,차단파장이 1285㎚ 이하이고, 1285㎚~1330㎚ 의 파장 범위에서 분산값이 -12 ~ -4㎰/㎚/㎞ 이며, 1625㎚ 의 파장에서 분산값이 8 ~ 14㎰/㎚/㎞ 이며, 영분산 파장에서 분산기울기가 0.074㎰/㎚2/㎞ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유의 영분산 파장은 1430㎚ 미만의 파장 영역에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유의 1550㎚의 파장에서 유효단면적은 75㎛2 미만임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유는 1310㎚ 의 파장에서 분산값이 -6㎰/㎚/㎞ 이하이며, 1625㎚ 의 파장에서 분산값이 14㎰/㎚/㎞ 임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 분산 제어 광섬유는 1550㎚ 에서 직경이 60㎜ 인 롤러에 100회 권선되었을 때의 구부림 손실이 0.05㏈ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 광대역 분산 제어 광섬유.
