Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리페닐렌비닐렌계 고분자:화학식 1상기 식에서,R은 실릴기; C1-20의 알킬기 또는 사이클로알킬기, 또는 페닐기로 치환된 실릴기; C1-20의 알콕시기; 또는 페닐기로 치환된 C1-20의 알콕시기이고;m은 1 내지 5의 정수이며;n은 2 이상의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리[2-(2'-에틸헥실옥시)-5-(4'-시아노페닐)-1,4-페닐렌비닐렌] 또는 폴리[2-디메틸옥틸실릴-5-(4'-시아노페닐)-1,4-페닐렌비닐렌]임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리페닐렌비닐렌계 고분자.
- 하기 화학식 2의 화합물을 중합시키는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항의 폴리페닐렌비닐렌계 고분자의 제조방법:화학식 2상기 식에서,R 및 m은 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같으며, A는 할로겐 원자이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,중합반응이 중합개시제 존재하에 0℃ 내지 상온의 온도범위에서 용액중합으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,A가 브롬인 화합물을 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 폴리페닐렌비닐렌계 고분자를 발광물질로서 발광층에 포함하는 전기발광소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,기판, 반투명전극, 정공주입층, 발광층, 전자주입층 및 금속전극이 순차적으로 적층된 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기발광소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,정공주입층이 폴리(스티렌술폰산)이 도핑된 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티펜)으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기발광소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,전자주입층이 알칼리 금속화합물로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기발광소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,발광층이 정공 또는 전자 수송물질을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기발광소자.
