Claims (7)
- 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판이 고정되고, 다수의 이동 관로가 관통 형성된 상부 스테이지 및 하부 스테이지와,상기 기판이 흡착되도록 진공홀이 형성된 패드부와 상기 패드부의 진공홀 및 진공 펌프와 각각 연통되며, 각 스테이지의 이동 관로 내에서 상하 이동하는 이동관과 상기 이동관이 상하 이동되도록 동작되는 구동부로 이루어져지는 진공 흡착 수단 그리고,상기 진공 흡착 수단으로 진공 흡입력을 제공하는 진공 펌프를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치의 기판을 로딩하기 위한 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부는상기 이동관을 축으로 가지는 액츄에이터로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치의 기판을 로딩하기 위한 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부는상기 이동관을 축으로 가지는 스텝모터임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치의 기판을 로딩하기 위한 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 스테이지 및 기판의 접촉면간 간격을 센싱하는 센싱수단이 더 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치의 기판을 로딩하기 위한 구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 센싱수단은간격 확인센서로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치의 기판을 로딩하기 위한 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 스테이지에는상기 진공 펌프를 통해 제공되는 진공 흡입력을 전달받아 각 기판을 흡착 고정하는 다수의 진공홀이 더 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치의 기판을 로딩하기 위한 구조.
