Claims (6)
- SiO4 로 이루어진 망목구조의 Si 자리중 일부가 붕소, 인 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상의 추가망목구조원소로 대체된 것을 특징으로 하는 내수성 액상규산나트륨.
- SiO4 로 이루어진 망목구조의 Si 자리중 일부가 붕소, 인 및/또는 알루미늄 원소로 대체된 내수성 액상규산나트륨을 제조하기 방법으로서,(a) 유리질 규산나트륨을 제조하기 위한 통상의 출발물질에 B2O3 , 붕사, 붕산, 콜레마이트(colemanite), P2O5, 인회토(phospholite), 인산알칼리, 인산알루미늄, 인산석회, Al(OH)3 또는 이들 중 2종이상의 혼합물에서 선택되는 추가망목구조원소를 함유하는 복합망목구조형성 첨가물질을 첨가하여 고온 용융시켜 유리질 규산나트륨 용액을 제조하는 단계, (b) 유리질 규산나트륨에 열과 압력을 가하여 용해하는 단계, (c) 용해된 혼합물을 60∼80℃ 온도에서 적정 농도로 농축하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내수성 액상규산나트륨의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 공정(a)에서 첨가되는 복합망목구조형성 첨가물질이 B2O3 이고, 그 첨가량이 0.1∼10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내수성 액상규산나트륨의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 공정(a)에서 첨가되는 복합망목구조형성 첨가물질이 P2O5 이고 그 첨가량이 0.1∼10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내수성 액상규산나트륨의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 공정(a)에서 첨가되는 복합망목구조형성 첨가물질이 Al(OH)3 이고 그 첨가량이 0.1∼5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내수성 액상규산나트륨의 제조방법.
