Claims (4)
- 펌프의 상단에 장착되며 내용물을 분사하는 엑츄에이터, 용기내의 내용물을 흡입하여 엑츄에이터로 공급하는 펌프실, 및 펌프실을 용기에 장착하며 펌프실을 외부로부터 밀봉하는 밀봉부로 구성되어 있는 수동식 분사펌프로서,상기 펌프실은, 펌프실의 외관을 형성하는 하우징, 엑츄에이터의 하부에 체결되며 하우징의 내면을 따라 왕복운동을 하고 내부에 축상의 유통로가 관통되어 있는 피스톤, 상기 피스톤의 유통로를 개폐하는 로드가 상부에 형성되어있는 포펫 밸브, 상기 하우징의 하부와 포펫 밸브의 사이에 위치하는 제 1 스프링, 및 상기 피스톤의 하부와 포펫 밸브의 사이에 위치하는 제 2 스프링으로 구성되어있으며,상기 포펫 밸브는, 상기 제 2 스프링의 하부가 놓이는 일정한 길이로 하향 연장된 측면 연장부와, 포펫 밸브의 하강시 하기 하우징 하부의 내부관으로 유입되고 그것의 안쪽에 상기 제 1 스프링의 상부가 체결되어있는 하면 연장부를 포함하며, 상기 하면 연장부에는 일정한 길이의 홈 형상의 하나 또는 그 이상의 오목부가 있으며,상기 하우징은, 안쪽에 제 1 스프링이 위치하고 유입구로부터 상향 연장되어 있는 하우징 내부관을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 분사펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 내부관의 형상이 단순히 원통형 구조이거나, 상기 내부관의 상단 안쪽에 상기 포펫 밸브의 하면 연장부상의 오목부에 대응하는 돌기부가 형성되어 있는 원통형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 분사펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 다른 부품의 구조를 변화시킴 없이, 상기 하우징의 길이 및 상기 측면 연장부의 길이를 변화시켜 펌프의 1회 펌핑량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 분사펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 측면 연장부는 하면 연장부로부터 수평으로 연장된 수평부와, 다시 상기 수평부로부터 수직으로 하향 연장된 수직부로 구성되어있고, 상기 수직부에는 하우징을 향해 돌출된 유도 돌기가 부설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 분사펌프.
