Claims (2)
- 유ㆍ무광 폴리에스테르필름 또는 상기 폴리에스테르 필름에 무광제를 코팅한 무광필름으로 제조한 기재필름층(10);상기 기재필름층(10)의 면상에 박리성을 갖도록 아크릴계 수지와, 용제로서 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제로 제조된 이형제가 도포된 이형제층(20);상기 이형제층(20)의 면상에 문양을 형성하며 입혀지며, 아크릴계 수지, 아크릭우레탄 수지, UV 수지 또는 우레탄 수지와, 용제로서 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제와, 염료와, 안료와, 경화제로 이루어지는 내스크래취성 인쇄층(30);상기 내스크래취성 인쇄층(30)의 면상에 입혀지며, 다프수지, 아크릴 수지, 아크릭우레탄 수지 또는 니트로셀룰로스 수지와, 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제와, 염료와, 경화제로 이루어진 투명색상 인쇄층(40);상기 투명색상 인쇄층(40)의 면상에 알루미늄으로 진공증착된 알루미늄 증착층(50); 및상기 알루미늄 증착층(50)의 면상에 입혀지며, 아크릴계 수지 또는 폴리에스테르 수지와, 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제로 이루어진 접착제가 도포되는 접착층(60);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래취성을 이용한 금은박 열전사필름.
- 유ㆍ무광 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 상기 폴리에스테르 필름에 무광제로 코팅한 무광필름으로 제조한 기재필름층(10)을 형성하는 단계(S1);상기 기재필름층(10)의 면상에 박리성을 갖도록 아크릴계 수지와, 용제로서 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제로 제조된 이형제층(20)을 도포하는 단계(S2);상기 이형제층(20)의 면상에 문양을 형성하며 입혀지며, 아크릴계 수지, 아크릭우레탄 수지, UV 수지 또는 우레탄 수지와, 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제와, 염료와, 안료와, 경화제로 제조된 내스크래취성 인쇄층(30)이 인쇄되는 단계(S3);상기 내스크래취성 인쇄층(30)의 면상에 입혀지며, 다프 수지, 아크릴수지, 아크릭우레탄 수지 또는 니트로셀룰로스 수지와, 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제와, 염료와, 경화제를 혼합한 투명색상 인쇄층(40)이 인쇄되는 단계(S4);상기 투명색상 인쇄층(40)의 면상에 알루미늄으로 진공증착된 알루미늄 증착층(50)을 형성하는 단계(S5); 및상기 알루미늄 증착층(50)의 면상에 입혀지며, 아크릴계 수지 또는 폴리에스테르 수지와, 케톤계 용제, 아세테이트계 용제 또는 방향족계 용제로 구성되는 접착층(60)이 도포되는 단계(S6);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래취성을 이용한 금은박 열전사필름을 제조하는 방법.
