Claims (8)
- 입력된 신호 전압을 신호 전류로 변환시키는 전압/전류 변환 회로, 적분 회로, 및상기 전압/전류 변환 회로로부터 출력되는 상기 신호 전류를 상기 적분 회로와, 접지로 분배하는 전류 분배 회로를 포함하며,상기 적분 회로로부터, 상기 입력된 신호 전압의 저역 성분을 취출함과 동시에,상기 신호 전류를 상기 적분 회로와 상기 접지에 분배하는 비율을 변경함으로써, 상기 취출되는 저역 성분에 대한 컷 오프 주파수를 변경하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전류 분배 회로는,신호 라인에 직렬 접속된 베이스 접지의 제1 트랜지스터, 및상기 제1 트랜지스터의 에미터측에서, 상기 신호 라인에 에미터 · 콜렉터 간이 병렬 접속된 제2 트랜지스터를 구비하며,상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 콜렉터 전류를 상대적으로 역방향으로 변화시킴으로써, 상기 컷 오프 주파수의 변경을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전압/전류 변환 회로가 저항기로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전류 분배 회로가 푸시풀 구성으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 전류 분배 회로가 컴플리멘터리 구성으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 저항기와 같은 온도 특성의 제2 저항기를 갖고,상기 제2 저항기에 흐르는 전류에 따라 상기 전류 분배 회로에서의 상기 신호 전류의 분배의 비율을 상기 저항기에 의한 상기 컷 오프 주파수의 온도 변화를 보정하는 방향으로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전류 분배 회로가 푸시풀 구성으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전류 분배 회로가 컴플리멘터리 구성으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 필터 회로.
