Claims (2)
- 알루미늄 하니컴 복합 판넬의 연속적 제조 시스템으로서, 확장전 상태의 하니컴형 코어원자재(2a)를 연신할 폭만큼 우측으로 노출시킨 상태로 잡아주도록 셋팅된 코어원자재 파지용 클램프(21)와, 하니컴형 코어원자재(2a)를 상기 파지용 클램프(21)에 자동으로 공급하기 위해 실린더에 의해 좌우 왕복되는 공급부(S)와, 원자재가 확장할 폭만큼 우측으로 노출되도록 상기 파지용 클램프(21)를 좌측으로 이동시킬 때 확장된 코어(2)를 움직이지 않도록 잡아주는 보조클램프(22)와, 상기 코어원자재(2a) 좌측이 파지용 클램프(21)에 의해 파지된 상태에서 확장된 코어를 잡고 우측으로 이동하면서 일정길이만큼 확장시켜 주는 확장 클램프(23) 및 상기 완성된 하니컴형 확장코어(2)를 알루미늄 하니컴 복합 판넬 제조장치 본체(AH)의 중앙 컨베이어(1)로 이송하는 이송롤러(25)와, 상기 코어원자재 공급부(S)에서부터 이송롤러(25) 직하에까지 수평으로 장착된 코어 슬라이딩용 다수개의 슬라이드봉 (31)으로 구성된 하니컴형 코어의 연속 확장장치(CE)와; 그 연속확장장치(CE)로부터 공급되는 상기 하니컴형 확장코어(2) 상하에 상하 롤(4)(4')로부터 롤러(5)(5')(6)(6')...를 거쳐 상하 알루미늄판(3)(3')을 공급하는 알루미늄 공급부(a)와; 상기 하니컴형 확장코어(2)와 상하 알루미늄판(3)(3') 사이에서 필름공급용 롤러(7a)(7a')로 부터 후공정인 가열압착부(P)에서 열에 의해 용융되는 핫멜트 필름(7)(7')을 공급하는 필름공급장치나, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리이소부틸렌, 폴리아미드, 초산비닐에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리우레탄과 같은 열가소성수지 중에서 선택된 열용융(Hot Melt)접착제를 용착(溶着)도포하는 어플리케이터(applicator : 溶着塗布裝置)(미도시)나, 에폭시나 페놀과 같은 열경화성 수지중에서 선택된 액체형의 열경화성 수지접착제 분사장치(미도시)중에서 선택된 접착물 공급장치(b)와; 상기 장치들에서 공급되는 알루미늄판, 접착물 및 확장코어를 합지하는 상하 합지롤러 (8)(8')로 구성된 합지부(L)와; 통상적인 상하 가열압착 지지롤러(10)(10')(11) (11')(12)(12')"로 구성된 가열압착부(P)와; 상기에서 열압착 성형된 알루미늄 하니컴 복합 판넬을 마무리 하기위해 차례로 설치된 통상의 급냉장치(14)와 서냉장치 (15), 보호테이프 부착롤러(17) 및 측면 절단용 사이드 카터(18)와 합지를 핀칭하는 핀치롤러(16)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 하니컴 복합 판넬의 연속적 제조 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합지부(C)와 가열압착부(P)의 사이나 그 장치들 전후 일정위치에는 통상의 두께조절롤러(9)(9')로 구성되는 두께조절부(D)와 통상적인 측면지지장치(13)(13')(13")로 구성되는 측면지지부(G)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 하니컴 복합 판넬의 연속적 제조 시스템.
