Abstract
본 발명은 고벌키성 폴리에스테르사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의하면 두 가닥의 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트군을 연신공정시 고온의 열처리를 하고, 가연사 하는 공정전에 디스크형의 s-z동시가연용원반을 이용하여 s형 가연을 가진 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트군과 z형 가연을 가진 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트군으로 제공함으로써 후의 교락공정에서 이 양 필라멘트군을 합연하여 토크가 잔류하지 않는 고벌키성 가연사를 제조하고 또한 본 제조공정에 있어서 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트에 가연(false twist)을 기존의 가연계수보다 더 높은 가연을 주고 해연할때 미세한 루프(roof)를 형성시킨 필라멘트군을 연사하는것을 특징으로 하는 토크없는 고벌키성 폴리에스테르 가연사의 제조방법이 제공되며 이러한 제조방법으로 제조된 폴리에스테르 가연사는 제사공정후의 연사, 연지 또는 사이징 등의 열처리 공정들에서도 크림프 견뢰도를 높이고 신축성을 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a high bulky polyester yarn, and according to the present invention, a two-strand unstretched polyester filament group is subjected to a high temperature heat treatment during a stretching process, and a disk type sz simultaneous flammable disc before the process of false twisting. 상기한 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명자는 서로 반대의 가연방향을 가진 사끼리 합사하면 무연현상이 생기는 것에 착안하여 기존의 가연사공정에서의 합사에 잔재하는 토크를 제거하기 위하여 s-z동시가연용원반을 이용하여 s연을 가진 필라멘트와 z연을 가진 필라멘트를 제조하고 합사시켜 토크가 상쇄되도록 함과 동시에 복합사를 구성하는 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트를 상기 가연공정전의 연신공정중에 기존의 열처리 온도보다 높은 온도로 열처리를 하고, 상기의 가연공정에서 기존의 가연계수보다 30%높은 가연계수로 가연을 함으로써 전체적으로 크림프 견뢰도가 향상되고 벌키성이 높은 폴리에스테르 가연사를 저비용의 간결한 공정으로 제조할수 있는 본 발명을 완성하게 된 것이다.In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors pay attention to the fact that lead-free phenomena occur when weaving yarns having opposite flammable directions to each other to remove the torque remaining in the coarse yarn in the conventional twisting yarn process.
