Claims (13)
- 반복 단위가 실질적으로 에틸렌인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지고, 극한 점도수가 5이상이며, 평균 강도가 22 cN/dtex 이상이고, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)에서의 승온 DSC 곡선이 140℃ 내지 148℃의 온도 영역(저온측)에 하나 이상의 흡열 피크를 나타내면서 148℃ 이상의 온도 영역(고온측)에 하나 이상의 흡열 피크를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저온측의 최대 흡열 피크와 고온측의 최대 흡열 피크의 높이의 비가 1.4:1.0 내지 3.0:1.0인 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저온측의 최대 흡열 피크와 고온측의 최대 흡열 피크의 높이의 비가 1.5:1.0 내지 2.9:1.0인 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유.
- 반복 단위가 실질적으로 에틸렌인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지고, 극한 점도수가 5이상이며, 평균 강도가 22 cN/dtex 이상이고, 일반 방적사 시험 방법(JIS L 1095) 중 마모 강도를 측정하는 B 법에 따른 마모 시험에서 섬유가 파단하기까지의 마찰 회수가 100,O00 회 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 따른 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유로부터 얻어지는 고강도 폴리에틸렌 절단 섬유.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제지의 경우에 생기는 분산 불량사(압착이나 융착에 의해 형성되는 최대 직경 40 ㎛ 이상의 섬유 다발)가 5 중량% 이하인 고강도 폴리에틸렌 절단 섬유.
- 제5항에 있어서, 절단 길이가 70 mm 이하인 고강도 폴리에틸렌 절단 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 따른 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하는 로프.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 따른 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하는 네트.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 따른 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하는 방탄ㆍ방호 의료.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 따른 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하는 방호 장갑.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 따른 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하는 섬유 보강 콘크리트 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 따른 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하는 헬멧.
