Claims (12)
- 램프튜브(1)가 코팅수단(2)에 의해 코팅된 후 건조되는, 램프용 벌브 제조 방법으로서,상기 코팅 및 건조 동안 내내, 상기 램프튜브(1)는 상기 램프 튜브의 종축이 수평방향에 대해 경사진 각도로 배치된 램프용 벌브 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 램프튜브(1)는 경사진 위치의 상기 종축을 중심으로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 및 건조는 상기 종축 중심의 회전을 방해하지 않고 동일한 경사 각도 위치에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 및 건조 동안, 상기 램프튜브(1)는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치(3)에 의해 연속적으로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경사 각도는 5°내지 15°사이이고, 상기 램프튜브(1)의 롤-인 각도만큼 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치(3)로서,수평방향에 대해 경사진 각도로 배치된 하나 이상의 램프 튜브 위치를 갖춘 유지장치(4)를 구비한 램프용 벌브 제조 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,이송 장치(5,5')의 속도 차이에 의해 상기 종축을 중심으로 상기 램프튜브(1)를 회전시키기 위해 상기 램프튜브(1) 상에서 개별적으로 작용하는 두 개의 상기 이송 장치(5,5')를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 램프튜브(1)의 단부에서 종방향 하부에 있는 정지장치(6)를 가지며, 상기 정지장치는 콘택트 지점(7)의 유효속도로 상기 램프튜브(1)상에서 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 램프튜브(1)의 종축을 횡단하여 진행하는 체인 드라이브를 갖는 유지-이송 장치(4,5)가 설치되며, 이음매 없는 코히어런트 이송 경로가 상기 이송경로에 대해 종축 방향으로 뻗어 진행하는 체인 링크의 위치에 형성되도록 상기 체인 링크 상에 지지 및 브리징 엘리먼트가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유지-이송 장치(4,5)는 두 개의 상기 체인 드라이브를 가지며, 상기 두 개의 체인 드라이브중의 하나는 상기 정지장치(6)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 램프튜브(1)의 종축을 횡단하여 진행하는 체인 드라이브를 갖는 이송 장치(5')가 설치되며, 상기 램프튜브(1)를 분리하는 분리 엘리먼트(8)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,도입위치(11)와 방출위치(12) 사이에 흐름-편향 장치(10)를 스위칭하는, 코팅수단(2)을 도입하는 장치(9)를 가지며, 상기 코팅수단(2)은 도입위치(11)에서 램프튜브(1) 내부로 도입되고 방출위치(12)에서 반송 장치(13) 내부로 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프용 벌브 제조 장치.
