Claims (4)
- 인선되는 광섬유(20)가 통과 및 피복되도록 인선방향에 따라 순차적으로 설치되며, 양측에 형성되는 제 1유입구(40)로부터 내피복재가 공급되어 각각 충진되는 제 1다이(50a) 및 제 2다이(50b);인선시 동반유입된 기포가 상대적인 압력차이로 상기 광섬유(20) 내피복의 표층으로 부상하도록 상기 제 2다이(50b)에 뒤이어 설치되고, 상기 제 2다이(50b)의 후방으로 상기 광섬유(20)의 인선에 연동하여 대기압력 이하의 진공공간부(65)를 형성시키는 진공펌프(60);인선에 따라 기포가 방출된 직후 상기 광섬유(20)가 통과하면서 연속피복되도록 상기 진공공간부(65)의 후방으로 인선방향에 직렬로 설치되며, 제 2유입구(70)로부터 내피복재가 공급되어 각각 충진되는 제 3다이(80a) 및 제 4다이(80b);상기 제 4다이(80b)에 직렬로 설치되며, 상기 광섬유(20)가 통과하면서 복층으로 피복되어 배출될 수 있도록 제 3유입구(90a)로부터 외피복재가 공급되어 충진되는 제 5다이(90b);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속인선용 광섬유 피복장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내피복재의 공급압력은 상기 광섬유(20)의 인선속도에 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속인선용 광섬유 피복장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외피복재의 공급압력은 피복직경에 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속인선용 광섬유 피복장치.
