Description

폴리에스터 극세섬유로 이루어진 편물{Knitted fabric composed of polyester micro-fiber}Knitted fabric composed of polyester micro-fiber}

The present invention relates to a knitted fabric made of polyester microfibers.

Polyester fiber is the most widely used synthetic fiber because it can make a variety of products through various post-processing and post-processing because of excellent physical properties and form stability compared to the fiber of other materials.

Knitting made of polyester fiber can be used for suits, jackets, coats, shirts, etc. because of its elasticity and resilience, but it has less touch than natural knitted fabrics. have.

For these products, nylon / polyester composites or polyester / copolyester composites that are more natural and more soft-touch are preferred.

However, in recent years, due to the development of microfiber manufacturing technology capable of minimizing the thickness of a single fiber, knitted fabrics made of polyester microfibers having a single yarn fineness of 0.5 denier or less have a considerable lightness and volume, which has not been felt before. It is possible to touch even knitted fabrics of polyester composite yarns and polyester / copolyester composite yarns.

Here, the ultrafine fiber is a fiber having a single yarn fineness of 0.5 denier or less and can be made by the following two manufacturing methods.

One is a direct spinning method where the yarn is thinly drawn directly in the spinning step, and the other is a complex spinning method in which two or more polymers are spun at the same time to divide and elute some components in a later step.

The fineness of the microfibers by the direct spinning method is 0.1 to 0.5 denier and the fineness of the microfibers by the composite spinning method is 0.001 to 0.2 denier. The disadvantage is that an additional process of elution is required.

On the other hand, the direct spinning method has a limit in lowering single yarn fineness at the current technology level (but not less than 0.1 denier), but it does not require additional processing, so it is less expensive to manufacture and is almost equivalent to the knitting made of microfiber of the composite spinning method. It has the advantage of being able to produce a soft touch.

Dupont's Korean Patent No. 181183 is a technique for producing polyester microfibers by direct spinning method. This method controls the length of the cooling section to 20 to 120 mm and shortens the residence time in the spin pack to within 4 minutes. It is a method for producing a polyester microfine fiber having a fineness of 1.0 denier or less.

However, this method has a disadvantage in that when the microfibers having single yarn fineness of 0.5 denier or less are manufactured due to rapid cooling and non-uniform cooling of yarns, the spinning processability is greatly reduced, the yarn properties are uneven, and the uniformity is worsened.

In addition, if the number of single yarns is increased to lower single yarn fineness, the cooling nonuniformity between yarns becomes more severe, resulting in worse spinning processability and poor yarn uniformity, which increases the number of single yarns.

Therefore, if the fineness manufactured by the conventional direct spinning method is 0.1 to 0.5 denier, and the knitted fabric is made of microfine fibers having a filament number of 70 or more, the physical properties of the yarn are poor and the fineness is uneven, so that the desired soft touch knitted fabric cannot be obtained. .

The present invention, in the production of knitted fabrics made of polyester fibers, the single yarn fineness produced by improving the direct spinning method 0.1 ~ 0.5 denier, filament number of 70 or more by using a polyester microfiber of the yarn made of a composite spinning method microfiber and There is a technical problem to provide a knitted fabric expressing an equal level of soft touch.

Furthermore, the present invention has another technical problem to provide a knitted fabric having a better dyeing fastness than a composite yarn knitted fabric.

The present invention is produced by controlling the delayed cooling portion (distance from directly below the radiation nozzle to the point where cooling is started) to 20 mm or less and controlling the distance between the cold air extraction surface and the filament to 2 to 30 mm to melt spinning and stretching. The single yarn fineness relates to the knitted fabric made from polyester microfine fiber of 0.1-0.5 denier and filament number 70 or more.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a knitted fabric using the polyester microfiber obtained by the direct spinning method as a table tissue yarn, and using a general polyester yarn as the yarn.

Since the knitted fabric of the present invention has good yarn property of microfibers and a very good leveling agent, it has excellent quality, good lightness and volume and good soft touch.

In the present invention, when the length of the delayed cooling portion exceeds 20 mm, the yarn uniformity and yarn uniformity are lowered. When the distance between the cold air extraction surface and the filament exceeds 30 mm, the properties of the yarn are uneven and the yarn processability is also lowered. Due to the collision between the vortices are severely generated and the manufacture of the yarn becomes impossible.

In particular, the present invention is light weight by using the polyester microfiber yarn, a biaxial blended yarn manufactured by combining the polyester high shrink yarn with a single yarn fineness of 2.5 to 5.0 denier, a non-shrinkage rate of 15 to 40% with 20 to 200 pieces / m of entanglement It is possible to produce a knitted fabric with excellent volume and excellent soft touch.

At this time, if the single yarn fineness of polyester high shrink yarn used for screening is less than 2.5 denier, it is difficult to work, and if it exceeds 5.0 denier, it feels heavy.

In addition, if the non-shrinkage rate is less than 15%, there is almost no shrinkage effect, so the soft touch is reduced, and more than 40% polyester high shrink yarn is difficult to manufacture realistically.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail through Examples and Comparative Examples.

A polyester polymer having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.63 was used for a spinneret having a hole diameter of 0.18 mm, a hole length of 0.54 mm and an odd number of 192, and a spinning temperature of 295 ° C, a spinning speed of 2,800m / min, a cold air temperature of 20 ° C, a length of 15 mm of delayed cooling part, Melt spinning was performed by controlling the distance between the cold air extraction surface and the filament to 20 mm.

Thus prepared undrawn yarn was drawn with a draw ratio of 1.521 to obtain a polyester microfiber having a single yarn fineness of 0.2 denier.

This polyester microfiber was used as a surface yarn, and 100 (denier) / 48 (filament) general polyester fiber was used as the director, and the dough was chopped into a double-sided knit structure having a warp knit of 24 gauge.

Knitted dough was refined, pre-set at 170 ° C. for 30 seconds, dyed with a conventional liquid dyeing machine, and finally set at 30 ° C. for 30 seconds to prepare knitted fabric.

Table 1 shows the touch, dyeing fastness and workability of the manufactured knitted fabrics.
