Claims (14)
- 삭제
- 통기성 필름과 보강재를 접합시키기 위한 통기성 합지 제조시스템으로서, 통기성 필름을 공급하기 위한 통기성 필름 공급장치와, 상기 통기성 필름에 접착가능한 보강재가 풀림 가능하게 권취되는 보강재 공급장치와, 상기 통기성 필름 공급장치로부터 공급되는 통기성 필름에 접착제를 선형 또는 격자형으로 도포하기 위한 접착제 도포장치와, 상기 접착제가 도포된 통기성 필름을 건조시키기 위한 건조챔버와, 상기 건조챔버로부터 배출되는 통기성 필름과 상기 보강재를 상호 접착시키기 위한 합지장치와, 상기 합지장치에서 접합된 합지를 수집하기 위한 권취장치를 포함하는 통기성 합지 제조시스템에 있어서,상기 접착제 도포장치는 접착제가 저장된 접착제 탱크와, 상기 접착제 탱크에 수용된 접착제를 통기성 필름에 도포하기 위한 도포롤러와, 상기 통기성 필름을 도포롤러에 밀착시키기 위한 가압롤러와, 상기 가압롤러를 도포롤러를 향해 가압하기 위한 보조 가압롤러로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지 제조시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 도포장치의 도포롤러에는 상기 접착제 탱크의 접착제를 수용한 후 이를 상기 통기성 필름에 도포하기 위한 접착제 수용홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지 제조시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 도포롤러는 동판으로 형성되고, 상기 수용홈은 부식성형에 의해 형성되며, 상기 수용홈은 격자형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지 제조시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합지장치는 상기 통기성 필름을 가압하며 금속으로 형성되는 제1압축롤러와, 상기 제1압축롤러와 대향하고 상기 보강재를 가압하며 실리콘으로 형성되는 제2압축롤러로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지 제조시스템.

- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 통기성 필름의 양측면에 모두 보강재를 첩착시키기 위해,상기 통기성 필름 공급장치에 대응하며 다른 하나의 보강재를 공급하기 위한 다른 하나의 보강재 공급장치; 및상기 다른 하나의 공급장치로부터 공급되는 보강재에 접착제를 도포하기 위한 다른 하나의 접착제 도포장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지 제조시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 통기성 필름의 일측이 접촉되는 각각의 롤러세트의 베이스롤러의 표면은 텅스텐이 코팅되고, 상기 통기성 필름의 타측면이 접촉되는 지지롤러는 산화알루미늄이 첨가된 실리콘으로 형성되며, 상기 지지롤러가 상기 베이스롤러와 압착관계를 유지할 수 있게 하기 위한 유지롤러는 크롬이 도금된 금속으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지 제조시스템.

- 통기성 필름과 보강재를 접합시키기 위한 통기성 합지 제조방법으로서, 통기성 필름을 공급하는 단계와, 상기 통기성 필름의 일측면에 접착되는 보강재를 공급하는 단계와, 상기 통기성 필름에 접착제를 선형 또는 격자형으로 도포하는 단계와, 상기 접착제가 도포된 통기성필름을 건조시키는 단계와, 상기 건조된 통기성 필름의 일측면에 상기 보강재를 접착시켜 접합시키는 합지단계와, 상기 합지를 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 합지 제조방법에 있어서,상기 통기성 필름의 타측면에 접착되는 다른 하나의 보강재를 공급하는 단계; 및상기 다른 하나의 보강재에 접착제를 선형 또는 격자형으로 도포하여 상기 통기성 필름의 타측면에 접착시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지 제조방법.
- 30 ~ 70 중량퍼센트(weight %) 폴리올레핀계 수지와, 1 ~ 70 중량퍼센트의 알파-올레핀 공중합체와, 20 ~ 70 중량퍼센트의 무기 충전제를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 형성되는 통기성 필름;상기 통기성 필름을 보강하기 위해 상기 통기성 필름의 일측면에 접착되는 폴리프로필렌계 보강재; 및상기 통기성 필름과 상기 보강재를 접착시키기 위해 상기 통기성 필름과 보강재사이에 선형 또는 격자형으로 도포되는 접착제를 포함하는 통기성 합지.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 통기성 필름의 타측면에 접착제에 의해 접착되는 다른 하나의 보강재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 합지.
