Claims (3)
- 식물병원균에 길항력이 있는 진균 트리코데르마 하르지아눔(Trichoderma harzianum) YC459 (수탁번호 KCTC 0772BP).
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 의한 트리코데르마 하르지아눔(Trichoderma harzianum) YC459 진균을 PDA배지에 접종하여 배양함으로써 포자를 얻고 살균 증류수를 첨가하여 포자 현탁액을 얻는 단계;상기 포자 현탁액을 밀기울, 왕겨, 미강 및 톱밥 중 선택된 2개를 동량 혼합하고 효모추출물 0.5%을 넣어 잘 섞은 후 수분함유량이 40%가 되도록 물을 넣어 살균한 배지에 넣어 대량으로 배양하는 단계;상기 단계에 의해 얻어진 배양균체를 분쇄한 후 체로 쳐서 미세한 균주 및 포자분말을 수확하는 단계;상기 단계에 의해 수확한 미세한 균주 및 포자분말을 초탄, 질석, 활석, 비석 또는 고령토 중 선택된 어느하나의 증량제에 첨가하여 제제화하는 단계를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물병원균 방제용 미생물 제제의 제조방법.
