Claims (3)
- 제습 운전이 시작되면, 실내외 온도를 비교하여 운전주파수를 판단한 후 그 운전주파수에 따른 냉방 운전 과열도를 결정하는 제1 단계와; 상기 제1 단계에서 운전 과열도가 결정되면, 실내온도에 따른 실내공기의 노점 온도를 결정하는 제2 단계와; 상기 제2 단계에서 노점 온도가 결정되면, 증발기의 표면 온도를 측정하여 그 표면온도에 의해 상기 실내온도를 감안한 제어온도를 설정한 후, 상기 노점온도와 제어온도가 동일한지 비교하는 제3 단계와; 상기 제3 단계에서 노점온도와 제어온도가 동일하지 않으면, 팽창변의 개도를 제어하는 제4 단계와; 상기 제3 단계에서 노점온도와 표면온도가 동일하거나, 상기 제4 단계의 팽창변 제어 동작이 완료되면, 소정시간 경과후 상기 제1 단계의 동작을 반복수행하는 제5 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제습 운전 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창변 제어 동작은 노점온도보다 증발기의 표면온도가 높은 경우 냉방 운전의 과열도보다 높은 과열도 운전되도록 팽창변의 개도가 작은 운전을 하여 냉매 유량을 감소시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제습 운전 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 온도는 실내 온도가 높으면 증발기의 표면 온도로 설정하고, 상기 실내 온도가 낮으면 상기 표면 온도에 기설정한 값을 가산하여 설정하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 제습 운전 제어 방법.
