Description
The present invention relates to a pitcher block using waste tire chips.
Particularly, the present invention manufactures a permeable block composed of an elastic layer and a support layer using waste tires finely pulverized into chips to ensure excellent durability, firmness, elasticity and permeability, and breathability, and thus to improve the satisfaction of contractors and pedestrians. A water permeation block using a rubber chip.
In general, the disposal of waste tires, which are rapidly increasing as a by-product due to the rapid development of the automobile industry, has emerged as a problem to be solved promptly in terms of efficient recycling of resources and environmental conservation.
Waste tires are composed of synthetic rubber made of high-quality materials with a large amount of heat emitted and high in calories. In addition, unlike other wastes, the processing and treatment facilities that are in the commercialization stage due to the limitations of economics and marketability in recycling are collected in Korea. There are only a few reasons for increasing the actual recycling rate of waste tires because it is a serious social problem. To this end, one of the measures to increase the recycling rate of waste tires of the present invention is permeability using waste rubber rubber chips. Suggest a block.
The commonly known sidewalk block is a resin that is processed by mixing a general sidewalk block and various resins, which are manufactured by mixing aggregates such as crushed stone, sand and cement in a predetermined ratio, and then dipping them in a mold and curing them. Blocks and the like have been known. However, the structure of the sidewalk sidewalk block is sanded on the ground and then tightly fixed therefor, so that water and air can hardly pass between the atmosphere and the ground. The intimate structure of the material prevents any rainwater or air from penetrating through the block surface.Especially in the green spaces such as parks and plazas, there is no growth of microorganisms in the ground as well as the growth of plants such as grass. Unexpectedly, it has been one of the reasons that it is impossible to maintain a natural ecosystem to lead a pleasant life.In the case of rain, rainwater does not seep and keeps standing so that it can hinder the passage of sidewalks. Can't penetrate into river floodplains, And also it causes the amount of desertification.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a permeable block excellent in breathability and permeability by forming a plurality of pores and holes in the internal structure of the block using waste tires. Therefore, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention is mixed with 100 parts by weight of rubber pellets, 3 to 10 parts by weight of binder, 0.5-5 parts by weight of pigment, the upper elastic layer and fine aggregate 100 weight of the gap formed by the gap according to the particle diameter of the rubber pellets 2 to 20 parts by weight of the rubber chip and 3 to 10 parts by weight of the binder are mixed into the lower part with a fine hole having a diameter of about 2 mm, and the upper elastic layer and the lower support layer are integrally formed to have water permeability and breathability. Characterized in a pitcher block using a waste tire.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings to explain the configuration and operation of the present invention.
1 is a perspective view of the water permeable block of the present invention, Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view, as shown, the water permeable block 10 is divided into an upper elastic layer 11 and a lower support layer 12 In the elastic layer 11, the rubber pellet 13 and the polyurethane base binder and any pigment are uniformly mixed so that the voids 16 are formed by the bubble action due to the particle diameter difference of the rubber pellet 13. The support layer 12 has a structure in which the fine holes 17 having a diameter of about 2 mm are innumerably perforated under the block 10 in which the rubber chips 15 are uniformly dispersed by the binder in the fine aggregates 14. Is done.
When the hole 17 is perforated in the elastic layer 11 of the block 10, the breathable and water permeable effect may be better, but women are uncomfortable because the shoe heel or the umbrella tap is caught in the hole 17. The surface of the block 10 may also be torn.
Therefore, the block 10 is air permeable and permeable through the air gap 16 formed in the upper elastic layer 11 to the hole 17 of the lower support layer 12.
Therefore, the method of manufacturing the above-mentioned permeable block 10 is sequentially put 100 parts by weight of rubber pellets 13, the waste tires cut into 1-3 mm in a mixer, and then 3-10 parts by weight of polyurethane base binder and optionally 0.5-20 parts by weight of the pigment, and the elastic base material 11 and fine aggregate 14, 5-20 parts by weight of the rubber chip 15 cut to a particle diameter of 1-3 mm were added to 100 parts by weight of the polyurethane base. 3-10 parts by weight of the binder was mixed to prepare a uniform support layer.
First, a release agent is applied to a heat press mold so that the upper elastic layer material 11 and the lower support layer material 12 may be sequentially added, and then the lower support layer 12 material is introduced into a predetermined thickness, and elasticity is formed on the upper end thereof. When the layered material 11 is laminated to a predetermined size and pressurized at a high temperature of 160 ° C. for 10 minutes, the mold has a large number of fine holes 17 having a diameter of 2 mm in the lower support layer 12, and thus the upper elastic layer. When the voids 16 are formed and demolded by the foaming action of the rubber pellets 13, the upper elastic layer 11 and the lower support layer 12 are integrally formed so that the permeability and breathability excellent water permeation block 10 This is provided.
The permeability of the present invention is excellent in permeability and air permeability, and contains appropriate fine aggregate, which is good in stability and elasticity, and also has the usefulness of contributing to efficient recycling of resources and environmental protection by utilizing waste tires.
