Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 염기성 또는 산성 조건에서 유기 아민 또는 암모늄 이온을 방출할 수 있는 아민기-방출가능한 고분자 주형을 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사 분자체로 대체시켜 형성된 거대다공성 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사 분자체의 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아민기-방출가능한 고분자 주형은 스폰지 구조 또는 거대다공성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아민기-방출가능한 고분자 주형은 3차원 입체 형태, 지지체에 의해 지지될 수 있는 필름 형태, 실 형태, 또는 직조직물의 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발포체는 사용된 고분자 주형의 외부 형태 및 내부 구조와 유사 또는 동일한 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
- 제 1 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아민기-방출가능한 고분자는 (a) 폴리우레탄 계열의 고분자, (b) 폴리아미드 (polyamide) 계열의 고분자, (c) 방향족 또는 지방족 폴리이미드 고분자, (d) 폴리아미드이미드계 고분자, (e) 아민류를 골격으로 하는 에폭시 수지계 고분자, 및 (f) 산 또는 염기에 의해 가수 분해되어 유기아민을 생성하는 고분자로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 제올라이트 또는 유사 분자체의 발포체의 제조방법:(a) 아민기-방출가능한 고분자 주형을 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사 분자체의 전구체 물질의 염기성 또는 산성 겔 또는 졸에 함침시키는 단계; 및(b) 상기 아민기-방출가능한 고분자 주형이 제올라이트 또는 유사 분자체로 대체되도록 숙성시켜 제올라이트 또는 유사 분자체의 발포체를 형성시키는 단계.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 아민기-방출가능한 고분자 주형은 스폰지 구조 또는 거대다공성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 또는 유사 분자체의 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 아민기-방출가능한 고분자 주형은 3차원 입체 형태, 지지체에 의해 지지될 수 있는 필름 형태, 실 형태, 또는 직조직물의 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 또는 유사 분자체의 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 6 내지 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아민기-방출가능한 고분자는 (a) 폴리우레탄 계열의 고분자, (b) 폴리아미드 (polyamide) 계열의 고분자, (c) 방향족 또는 지방족 폴리이미드 고분자, (d) 폴리아미드이미드계 고분자, (e) 아민류를 골격으로 하는 에폭시 수지계 고분자, 및 (f) 산 또는 염기에 의해 가수분해되어 유기아민을 생성하는 고분자로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 또는 유사 분자체의 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사 분자체의 발포체는 촉매, 촉매 담체, 흡착제, 이온교환제 또는 흡수제로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사 분자체의 발포체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제는 자동차 배기가스 정화용 흡착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 또는 이의 유사 분자체의 발포체.
