Claims (7)
- 와권형상의 랩을 가진 선회스크롤과,상기 선회스크롤의 상부에 안착되어 압축실을 형성하는 고정스크롤을 구비하는 스크롤 유체기계에 있어서,배압판이 압축기 내부의 자전 운동을 하는 부재와 결합되거나, 일체로 형성되어,흡입가스보다 높은 압력을 가진 가스 또는 오일이 선회스크롤과 배압판사이에 유입되도록 하여 상기 선회스크롤을 고정스크롤측으로 밀어올리는 압력실을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계의 축방향 순응구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배압판과 선회스크롤사이에 형성된 압축실과 외부사이에는 씰부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계의 축방향 순응구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배압판은 선회스크롤과 결합되어 구동력을 전달하는 구동축의 상단과 결합되거나 또는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계의 축방향 순응구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배압판은 회전자의 상단면에 설치되는 균형추와 결합되거나 또는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계의 축방향 순응구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배압판은 상기 선회스크롤의 부시와 구동축사이에 개제되는 슬라이드부시와 결합되거나 또는 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계의축방향 순응구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배압판은 상기 선회스크롤의 부시와 구동축사이에 개제되는 편심부시와 결합되거나 또는 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계의 축방향순응구조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동축과 결합되는 크랭크 핀의 외경이 구동축의 외경보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계의 축방향순응구조.
