Claims (4)
- 내용물이 충진된 용기 본체, 손잡이 캡, 및 본체와 캡 사이의 네크(neck)부로 구성된 플라스틱 앰플에 있어서, 상기 네크부는 내용물이 존재하지 않는 중공부로서, 실링 금형에 의해 중공부없이 완전히 압축된 손잡이 캡과 내용물이 충진되어 있는 용기 본체의 상부 주입홈 사이에 위치하며, 네크부의 하면상에 박막의 개봉 절단부가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 앰플.
- 용기 본체의 형상이 각인되어 있는 금형, 상기 금형의 상부에 설치되어 있는 실링 금형, 및 실링 금형의 상부에 위치하며 공기와 내용물을 주입하기 위한 원통형 주입관로 구성되어 있는 몰딩-충진-밀봉 장치에 있어서, 하강한 주입관이 금형의 상부 주입홈과 접하는 부위에 위치하고, 주입관에는 금형의 상단에 접하는 패리슨을 압축할 수 있는 하단면을 가진 절단 형성부가 체결되어있어서, 플라스틱 앰플의 네크부 하면상에 박막의 개봉 절단부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 몰딩-충진-밀봉 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 개봉 절단부에서 금형 상단에 접해 있는 패리슨을 압축하는 하단면이 개봉 절단부의 외면에만 존재하는 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩-충진-밀봉 장치.
- (a) 패리슨이 형개된 금형에 투입되는 단계,(b) 주입관이 하강하고 금형이 닫히면서 주입관의 절단 형성부가 금형 상단면과 접하면서, 하기 단계(f)에서 생성될 앰플의 네크부 하면상에 박막 형태의 개봉 절단부를 형성하는 단계,(c) 주입관을 통해 공기를 주입하거나 및/또는 금형에 천공되어 있는 다수의 진공핀을 통해 공기를 배출시킴으로써 패리슨을 금형 내부의 형상에 일치하도록 팽창시키는 단계,(d) 주입관을 통해 내용물을 주입하는 단계,(e) 주입관이 상승하고 금형 상부에 설치된 실링 금형이 용기 상부를 밀봉하는 단계, 및(f) 금형을 형개하여 내용물이 충진된 플라스틱 앰플을 취출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 개봉 절단부가 네크부의 하면상에 위치하는 플라스틱 앰플을 제조하는 방법.
