Claims (3)
- 암반, 지반, 교량 등의 벽체/천정/바닥 등의 토목 구조물 및 콘크리트 건축물, 이음 콘크리트 구조물의 균열/분리현상 방지의 보수/보강시공부에 천공한 굴착공에 설치하는 록볼트에 있어서,요철형의 철봉재로 첨단의 축수(110)와 타단의 나사(120), 와셔(130), 체결너트(140)를 결합할 수 있는 심봉(100)과,상기의 심봉(100)에 체결밴드(210)와 결착구(220)로 수개소에 결속되어 굴착공 내에서 이탈을 방지하기 위한 탄력걸림날개(200)와,상기의 심봉의 후단에 주입관(320), 배기관(330)을 각개로 설치하기 위한 주입관삽지공(340)과 배기관삽지공(350)을 형성하며 주입몰탈의 누출예방을 위한 밀봉마개(300) 등으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 보수/보강 시공용 캐비티 록볼트.

- 암반, 지반, 교량 등의 벽체/천정/바닥 등의 토목 구조물 및 콘크리트 건축물, 이음 콘크리트 구조물의 균열/분리현상의 예방을 위해 시공하는 보수/보강 시공방법에 있어서,첨단에 축수(110)를 형성하고 타단에 와셔(130), 체결너트(140)를 결합할 수 있는 요철상의 심봉(100)에 탄력걸림날개(200) 및 밀봉마개(300)로 구성된 캐비티 록볼트를 보수/보강부위의 이음 콘크리트부(500)에서 지반 콘크리트부(400a)(400b) (400c)까지를 천공시킨 천공홀(600)에 안치시키는 설치공정과,상기의 설치공정에 의해 굴착공에 설치되며 몰탈의 주입관과 배기관이 설치되어진 캐비티 록볼트의 밀봉마개(300)로 굴착공을 밀폐시키는 밀폐공정과,상기의 굴착공에 설치된 캐비티 록볼트의 주입관을 통하여 굴착공의 공간부(600)에 주입제(700) 충전시키는 청전공정과,상기의 충전공정에 의해 주입된 주입몰탈이 경화된 후에 캐비티 록볼트의 후방에 와셔(130), 체결너트(140)를 체결하고 채움재의 실링시공으로 실링부(800)를 시공하고 마감공정을 특징으로 하는 캐비티 록볼트를 이용한 그 시공법.
