Claims (9)
- 이동 보상 기법을 채용하는 제 1 부호화 방법에 따라 부호화된 비디오 신호의 복호화용 디코더, 및 제 2 부호화 방법에 따라 상기 복호화된 비디오 신호의 부호화용 인코더를 포함하는 트랜스코더에 있어서,상기 디코더는 상기 비디오 신호로부터 이동 보상 정보를 추출하고 상기 이동 보상 정보를 상기 인코더로부터의 상기 부호화된 비디오 신호 출력측으로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,드리프트 보상 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 드리프트 보상 수단은,상기 디코더의 출력과 상기 인코더의 출력간의 드리프트를 나타내는 신호를 형성하는 수단;상기 드리프트 신호를 저장하는 수단; 및상기 드리프트 신호를 상기 디코더의 출력에 가산하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 드리프트 신호는 지연후에 상기 디코더의 출력에 가산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 드리프트 신호는 한 화상 주기 지연후에 상기 디코더의 출력에 가산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 드리프트 신호 형성 수단은 주파수 영역에서 드리프트 신호를 형성하고,상기 드리프트 신호를 픽셀 영역으로 변환하는 수단 ; 및상기 드리프트 신호를 다시 주파수 영역으로 변환하는 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 드리프트 보상 수단은 픽셀 영역에서 상기 디코더의 출력 및 인코더의 출력을 저장하고 픽셀 영역에서 드리프트 신호를 형성하는 수단, 및 상기 드리프트 신호를 다시 주파수 영역으로 변환하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 드리프트 신호는 상기 드리프트 신호가 임계치를 초과할 때에만 상기 디코더의 출력에 가산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디코더는 역양자화기를 포함하고, 상기 인코더는 상기 역양자화기와는 다른 양자화 단계 크기를 갖는 양자화기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스코더.
