Claims (5)
- 샤프트 삽입홈과 상기 샤프트 삽입홈의 주변에 다수의 회전자 슬롯이 형성된 다수의 규소강판을 상기 홈과 슬롯들이 정렬되도록 소정 길이로 적층하여 샤프트에 압입되는 회전자 철심과;상기 회전자 슬롯에 전도성을 지닌 재질이 다이캐스팅되어 2차 도체를 형성하는 회전자바와;상기 회전자 철심의 양단부에 상기 회전자바를 서로 연결하여 하나의 회로를 구성하는 엔드링과;상기 회전자 철심의 양 측면에 압입됨과 함께 상기 엔드링에 압착도어 상기 샤프트를 지지함과 함께 상기 엔드링의 변형을 막아주는 베어링 부시와;상기 엔드링의 외측면에 구비되어 상기 베어링 부시와 함께 상기 엔드링의 변형을 막아주는 엔드링 보호부재가 포함되어 이루어진 초고속 유도전동기의 회전자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 엔드링 보호부재는;그 중심에 샤프트 삽입홈이 형성되고 그 주변부의 일부가 상기 베어링부시와 상기 엔드링 사이에 함께 압착되며 그 주변부의 나머지 일부가 상기 엔드링을 감싸도록 절곡된 링형상의 보호부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고속 유도전동기의 회전자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 엔드링 보호부재는 엔드링의 주연부만을 감싸도록 형성된 링형상의 보호부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고속 유도전동기의 회전자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 엔드링은 알루미늄 다이캐스팅(Al die-casting)이나, 구리 용접 또는 구리 다이캐스팅(copper die-casting)으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고속 유도전동기의 회전자.
